The owners gave us space to park our car down the side of their little B&B which saves a lot on parking fees or having to find a parking space on the road. Breakfast was nice, rooms are good for the price. At the end of the day it's a nice little B&B, it isn't the Hilton.
Windows in room could do with a clean... i could see some dirt around the sills probably due to condensation, but I'm being picky.

The staff was really friendly had a slight issue with the lock it was sorted that day. The room was clean and comfortable I went with my mum and 5 year old son really nice place for children. Breakfast was great plenty of choice, milk always available for a hot drink. Beach supplies available for the kids for the beach you could borrow will defiantly be staying again
B&B close to the centre and beach tram stop a 5 minute walk from B&B

The location, the facilities, the bed and most importantly, the owners were appsolutly wonderful and a pleasure to meet ( helpful, welcoming, friendly, basically a beautiful couple).
It was as you would expect for the age of the building, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

The location was good and the fruit juice in the fridge was nice.
The room was very cold. The bathroom was freezing with no heating. Also very poor water pressure from the shower so couldn’t even warm up in there. One electric heater in each room which unfortunately did not help. Very basic breakfast with no cooked items available.
