Last minute booking for me and my family. Great location, staff were very friendly and welcomed my little girls with blowing bubbles on arrival. The room size we were given was great. Plenty of breakfast options. We were very happy.

A very homely feel. Super welcoming and happy to help when we needed. Breakfast was a yummy English breakfast. Place was very clean. Our room was comfortable with all the amenities we needed- coffee and tea, hair dryer and shower gel plus women’s sanitary products. A great location - step outside, turn right and you’re by the sea. Downstairs there was a fun games room which the kids and I loved playing in.

Not long l back from a fabulous 2 night break in Blackpool. We’ve stayed in this area before as we feel you get better accommodation and value for money. We had a family room, two adults and three kids. The room was lovely, perfect for the five of us, very clean with nice bedding. The breakfast (full English) was very nicely cooked and presented, there was also cereal set and fresh juices. All well stocked. Hosts were very nice and accommodating. Lovely family. We would definitely stay again and recommend you to book this b&b.

The location was good and the fruit juice in the fridge was nice.

The room was very cold. The bathroom was freezing with no heating. Also very poor water pressure from the shower so couldn’t even warm up in there. One electric heater in each room which unfortunately did not help. Very basic breakfast with no cooked items available.
