It was clean and the rooms were modern and bright. The bed was comfortable and it was a nice touch to have the coffee machine.

There’s nothing I disliked about the property but we rarely seen the owners or didn’t know what to do or how to get them if we needed anything. We ran out of toilet roll and had to purchase our own as it was too late at night to go looking for the owners. When we were leaving they were nowhere to be seen so we had to leave the room key on a sideboard. It would be better for the hotel if they made their presence felt. We didn’t do breakfast because again we didn’t know if it was available or how to go about getting some. Also, there’s no bar as stated in the description so this was disappointing as I like to head back to the hotel for a drink but this wasn’t possible so this should be removed from the description because if I had known this before I would not have booked.

Friendly owners who were kind & considerate They even let us have a late checkout without paying which was a nice gesture.

Parking was a small problem but at the end of the day hotel was on the seafront/promenade so having to pay was expected.

Location was great and it was good value for money. The breakfast was very nice.

At breakfast some of the cutlery was dirty. The host always seemed to be hanging round the entrance watching what we were bringing into the B+B and this made us fee quite uncomfortable. We asked if they could put the England football game on in the bar room (it was on ITV 1) and was told no, they don't do football.
