Perfect place, with amenities, close to everything you could ask for on a family holiday.

Location was perfect. Literally just outside the Pleasure Park. Close to lots of eateries, tram stop, beachfront, water park. Quite amazing really. The small kitchen was a bonus…we were able to cook breakfast and light microwaveable meals.

There was nothing to complain about at all. But just a heads up if you have mobility problems, there is no lift. We were on the top floor, steep stairs…but there’s still some mileage in my knees so it was fine. 😝

Was very central, quiet , clean . Bed was comfortable - kitchenette had all you need - no oven just microwave - Milk and drinks in fridge ready for you with tea and coffee also lovely touch

The weather turned and was a little chilly at night sitting in lounge but they had throws so no problem - would be good to allow us to change temp of rad but I understand why this may be a concern

Perfect place to stay

Perfect family location for my daughter and I. Clean and comfortable, feels like home as soon as you arrive. It is the second time we’ve visited and stayed, and will be the only place we stay when going to Blackpool. The owners are so accommodating and nice it’s always great to see them and have a chat, they remembered my daughter she was chuffed about that it made her day!

Definitely the best place we have ever stayed in at Blackpool. The apartment was spacious, private and comfortable with its own amenities. Wonderful views of the pleasure beach all lit up at night. It was the little things that made it extra special such as the array of soft drinks and milk left in our fridge for us upon arrival as well as a tub of candy floss on each of our children’s beds. Fantastic location and, without a doubt, caring owners who have gone the extra mile to make your stay memorable. We will definitely be returning next year. Thank you!

Great 2nd stay

2nd time staying, and we can't fault it. Good value for money. Really nice touches with the fresh milk, complimentary soft drinks and candy floss for the kids. Perfect location for The Pleasure Beach, Sandcastle and South Pier. Can't wait to get booked up again

Great value, welcoming and superb location

Spotless and clean Soft drinks, water, milk, tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits were in the room when we arrived. There were extras like shower gel, hand-wash, washing up liquid, kitchen roll, cleaning products and Towels provided. Secure entrance. Staff welcoming and professional. Location is virtually next door to Waterpark, Pleasure Beach, pier and tram stop.

Wonderful owner, decent room.

Can't fault the owner at all, he was such a lovely gentleman, welcomed us in and explained how to use the keys and where our room was. When we were checking out our train wasnt for 2 hours but we had big heavy bags which he let us keep in the locked office. Legend. Room itself was absolutely fine. Very clean, had enough amenities and couldn't fault the facilities. Location was great too, right across from south pier near the pleasure beach.

Can't really fault the room or the hotel. There's keypad locks on each door so we felt very secure there too.

Fun holiday with family.

Well maintained and neat place. It was a very good place to stay. It is walking distance to pleasure beech and sandcastle. Also nearby to tram station to visit popular sites. Lots of eateries and a huge pub few yards away at south pier. The couple taking care of the place have been exceptional. Very friendly. We visited as a family with two young kids. Definitely recommend to stay.

I would recommend plan car parking in advance. Getting a parking place is a challenge in Blackpool.

This was our second visit here and it did not disappoint. Very good spacious studio with everything you would need plus the extra treats kindly provided by the owners. Good location. Very comfy bed, spotlessly clean and with free car parking. Would definitely return.

Blackpool stay

Location good and quite

The apartment above us had two children who let them run around, making noise. Windows latch broken in lounge, so the window wasn't shut. It allowed a big draft when it was windy the other day.

Perfect blackpool stay.

From the friendly arrival to leaving, we found our 2 day stay here perfect. From the outside we didn't know what to expect as looked small, but we were greeted by a lovely man, who explained all we'd need for our stay and helped with a parking space foe the duration of our stay. We arrived a few hours early but our studio was ready for us. Impressed with the key code security on main entrance & to our studio flat. It was perfect for a couple. Kitchen had the usual appliances needed with a fridge stocked with complimentary bottles of water, 2x cans of pop and bottles of milk. Good stock of tea & coffee and chocolate biscuits. The bed was very comfortable & a good amount of pillows, and to make my day a fan on the wall aimed at the bed!! This made me so happy. The bathroom was nice and clean, and the shower was easy to use. We chose to stay here because of the location, a 2 min walk to The Pleasure Beach & the promenade. Overall definitely will use now everytime we come to Blackpool, and definitely recommending to family & friends. Thanku 😊

Great Sunny weekend in Blackpool!

Loved how close it was to the beach, loved how quiet it was, clean it was and the overall space. Great apartment for a couple and two kids. Great amenities, fridge, kettle, TV’s with free view. Good view of the Big One. Felt very secure also. Will definitely only come here when returning to Blackpool.

Friendly and helpful staff on arrival, great communication, apartment was very clean and comfy. TVs in every room, tea, coffee, milk and biscuits on arrival :-) Uber to town £6 or easy 30 minute walk :-)

There was some noise in the morning from deliveries at the hotel opposite but the actual apartment block was quiet.

As a couple we thoughly enjoyed are stay. Great location, staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely and cosy

Fantastic location we could not have been any closer to the pleasure beach. The hosts was lovely and welcoming.

The place was freezing. When in the appartment we all had to wear jumpers and use the duvets to keep warm. The heating is only on for a limited time and not sufficient to warm the rooms. It would help if electric heaters where provided. We almost went out and bought one but we was only there for the weeknd so just made do.

fantastic location really close to the pleasure beach and south pier. the staff were exceptional they saved us a space in the free parking area and moved their car when we got there.
