all in all a fabulous break away and would stop here again !

the location as it was quiet and the tram was only £6 a day anywhere you like , and only 2 mins walk away ! the entertainment was typical British just what we love ! everyone was friendly staff and other holiday makers , even though we were the youngest ! also a bargain !

wasn’t exactly sparkling and could do with a little update , didn’t like the plastic sheeting as it just made you sweat ! breakfast wasn’t the best but plenty of other stuff to have and the staff made up for it !

Few days away with family

There was a problem with the rooms i booked at no fault of the hotel, they had received incorrect information from booking.com, they managed to sort out the problem easily. The staff were all great and made everyone feel welcome, I will definitely stay here again.

happy that the parking was easy, as blackpool can be a nightmare for parking!

the size of the breakfast, was served on a small plate to make it look big!! also, the tea is on the table when you arrive at the table, sometimes meaning its rather cold when the breakfast arrives. ps, PLEASE UP THE SIZE OF THE BREAKFAST AND THE PLATE !!!

Ok for a few days break

Breakfast was lovely and plentiful. Staff very helpful and lovely. Only had dinner on one night and for £10 per person 3 courses much better than dining out.

Stayed in room 308. Bit on the small side. Shower cubicle a bit small for me but it was great for my wife with her being petite. Only one lift would benefit from an extra one has my wife got breathless when walking up to our floor when lift in use.
