We’ve just finished a 3-night stay at the Henson Hotel and had the best time making memories. As a mum with two kids (8 and 13), I found it the ideal 'base camp'. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable—5 minutes from the station and trams, with a £10 family ticket getting us to the Tower and Piers in under 10 minutes.
The hotel itself is great value. Rooms are basic but functional, and the bar is excellently priced for both soft and alcoholic drinks. We were pleasantly surprised by the space and entertainment like the pool table and board games. However, the highlight was the staff. They are incredibly helpful and funny; they created such a warm atmosphere that all the guests were laughing together at breakfast. My kids noted that you’d never get this level of personal service at a big chain. We can’t wait to stay again!

Had a great experience over my stay there was a problem with my door not locking they were quick to help and changed my room which was really appreciated
