    Arrived earlier than expected. Offered a ground floor room as that was the only one ready! I declined and said I'm in no rush and will return a couple of hours later. The girl at reception noticed I was a Hilton Honours member and said she'd upgrade me to a sea view room. Thanked her,and went away to have lunch, on return I was checked in by another staff member who gave me my room card for the 2nd floor. On exiting the lift there was an over powering smell of sewage and dampness and a guy was using a wet vac on the carpets, opposite my room there was a tray with used plates and glasses from the previous nights room service still on the floor outside the room, also 2 child's pushchairs narrowing the corridor by 50%, which is a no no for fire safety reasons. On entering my room I was obviously upgraded as promised, but given just a standard room, which was not a big issue.

    I like to stay at this hotel because of the beautiful sea view room. Hotel is clean and family rooms are convenient for us .

    First of all misleading information, that the room comes with microwave and kitchen. It turns out to be a big lie. The WiFi wasn't working poorly, I stayed 4 night and the WiFi was poor that my children couldn't use it for anything. We had the same breakfast everyday and the food didn't taste well.
