Was made to feel very guilty for arriving early. Made to feel guilty for staying JUST one night. Made to feel unwelcome so went to the hotel down the road for drinks until room was ready. We had been staying at the hotel for many years previously. Will think twice next year.

Clean and tidy but expensive for what it is.

The hotel rooms were comfortable and clean and outside the busiest parts of Blackpool. The hotel itself is modern and the breakfast was ok. The hotel has it’s own parking area.

I had issues with payment …..ended up being charged twice. This was eventually resolved by the morning staff. Rooms were fine but basic. Breakfast area was ridiculously busy. Not many food options close to the hotel. Parking at the hotel was expensive and the hotel rate was higher than I would expect for a hotel of this standard.

Good hotel. It was in a location out of the centre which is what we wanted. Tram stop not far.

The breakfast was good but the same each day. A different choice of eggs would of been nice especially as we stayed more than one night.

Maintain the room a little bit better. The toilet lid had a mind of its own shutting whilst you were using it, and a piece of the shower fell off on the first time we used it. Both were reported to the front desk when we left.

Fantastic receptionist and warm welcome

The receptionist who welcomed us on arrival was so professional and had a beautiful smile. And so thoughtful to our granddaughter who wanted a drink and the loo.

Terrible night.

Nothing at all.

We will be making an official complaint following our stay. We had to change rooms after 10pm due to unacceptable noise from an adjoining room, including loud banging and shouting. We were travelling with two young children, one of whom is autistic, and the disturbance caused significant distress. Unfortunately, the second room was no better. Both rooms had extremely uncomfortable beds — you could feel and hear the springs with every movement, making it very difficult to sleep. Breakfast was equally disappointing. There was no staff to greet us on arrival, and the fruit selection was very poor. We were the third family down for breakfast and there were no bananas available, even after asking. The only fruit offered (apples and pears) were old and bruised. The hotel was extremely noisy late into the evening, with unsupervised children running up and down corridors. We appreciate busy periods, but the lack of soundproofing and staff control of noise levels made for a very unpleasant experience. We left feeling relieved to go and will not be returning or recommending this hotel.

Welcoming staff, well organised and comfy room with sea view

Breakfast was extremely good, I did find the dining room busy and noisy but it’s a big hotel and was very busy. There was plenty os space and staff to ensure things ran smoothly. Bed was great.

Not sure that anything can be done to ease the situation but there is not enough parking for the size of the hotel. I found it really stressful driving the streets looking for somewhere to leave the car.

Breakfast time was just chaos no organisation .. people standing around waiting for breakfast around people eating breakfast .. had to ask a few times for things that haven’t been kept topped up i.e. milk sugar bread etc . You say it’s a complimentary breakfast which we still should’ve had a choice, scrambled egg or fried eggs. Bar snack menus not a lot of choice on there that people like I’m very expensive.!!

Just the one night but was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay

Pros - Easy check in, free parking right outside the front door! Smart, modern clean room, Sea view, comfy bed, wife said the pillows were the most comfortable she's ever had! Fab variable shower with all the toiletries in dispensers within easy reach. Loved the lift, could not feel them moving until the doors opened on our chosen floor. Location, just 5 minutes walk up past the pleasure beach but far enough to be quiet and right opposite the tram stop for town etc.

Cons - The hair dryer was missing (the desk told us it might have been taken by a previous guest, they loose a few that way apparently!). Breakfast was OK, but had to wait in a small queue for bacon, then, mushrooms, then egg as they all ran our from the buffet. I'd suggest avoiding the peak times here.

The location was good, the hotel was clean, the staff were all friendly

Breakfast - not much seating area for all the guests, but the tables were cleaned and turned around quickly. Hot food selection was limited, with no boiled or fried eggs, but the hot food was hot and replenished. Waffle station ...... mmmm, very messy. There is only 1 machine that makes 4 at a time.. they take 3 mins to cook, so if people only want 1 .... still 3 mins. I would suggest having someone manning the station cooking 4 at z time to avoid the wait and mess.

Unfortunately, luckily the stay was short

Good location. Clean and comfortable rooms. Terrible breakfast - cramped and uninviting buffet, no room for more than 10 people to get food, and when people arrive, it naturally becomes crowded, loud, and noisy. The food is not tasty, not appealing in terms of appearance, smell, or taste. So bad that at the entrance they don't even ask which room you're from because it's obvious that no one would come from other places to eat at this hotel. There's no dining room and you sit in the hotel lobby. A family of 5 has to expect to be seated at a long table with another family. So terrible that we only ate there once and then chose to eat outside, despite having already paid in advance for this awful meal. Big plus: Staff members who run around and try with a smile to ease the experience. Every glass that breaks (and there were several, after all - very crowded) they immediately put up a sign and come to clean, polite and courteous.

Couple's stay, visiting family.

We always stay to this hotel, every time we come to Blackpool. It's lovely, relaxing, nice staff, nice breakfast and good location out of the way of the hustle and bustle of the bars and amusements in blackpool. Right beside the tram stops, so good transport and just a few minutes down the road from my son's house, which is perfect for visiting him and my grandson when we come from Newcastle.

Great location with convenient tram or car access to Blackpool amusements etc. but being slightly out of the centre meant the hotel was quieter. Staff were friendly and rooms were comfortable, clean and air conditioned.

Food selections at restaurant were limited with few healthy options.
