Modern seafront hotel ideal for a weekend away

Lovely seafront location and opposite a tram stop to take you to/from town. Hotel is modern, clean and staff are v friendly.

The sea view was spoilt (unsurprisingly) by dirty windows (4th floor)

Good location, clean family friendly hotel

Hotel was clean, check in was smooth, breakfast was also great and felt it was a good timescale to be given also! I requested a note was left wishing happy birthday and they left some sweets out also really nice touch and massively appreciated

Room was spotless, with tea and coffee, and tv in the room, so we could relax after a long journey. Great bar and breakfast had a great selection, staff very friendly.

The first time we stayed it was ok, this time round I can’t say it was.

The location was fine, stayed here before.

menu was small, certain foods off menu, could hardly sleep from the noises outside the room. Myself, partner and son was awake on and off with it both the nights we stayed, we were so tired leaving.

Good location- slightly further out from the busy areas but there is a tram stop just outside making it easy to get around. Staff were all super helpful and friendly; especially the breakfast staff.

We had a super time. We came with our 2&4 year old and they had a blast! We were bed and breakfast, and they thought it was the best thing ever! Breakfast was pretty good for all of us. We had a fab time.

Was made to feel very guilty for arriving early. Made to feel guilty for staying JUST one night. Made to feel unwelcome so went to the hotel down the road for drinks until room was ready. We had been staying at the hotel for many years previously. Will think twice next year.

Clean and tidy but expensive for what it is.

The hotel rooms were comfortable and clean and outside the busiest parts of Blackpool. The hotel itself is modern and the breakfast was ok. The hotel has it’s own parking area.

I had issues with payment …..ended up being charged twice. This was eventually resolved by the morning staff. Rooms were fine but basic. Breakfast area was ridiculously busy. Not many food options close to the hotel. Parking at the hotel was expensive and the hotel rate was higher than I would expect for a hotel of this standard.

Good hotel. It was in a location out of the centre which is what we wanted. Tram stop not far.

The breakfast was good but the same each day. A different choice of eggs would of been nice especially as we stayed more than one night.

Maintain the room a little bit better. The toilet lid had a mind of its own shutting whilst you were using it, and a piece of the shower fell off on the first time we used it. Both were reported to the front desk when we left.

Fantastic receptionist and warm welcome

The receptionist who welcomed us on arrival was so professional and had a beautiful smile. And so thoughtful to our granddaughter who wanted a drink and the loo.

The mattress was so uncomfortable it was lumpy and like a camp bed 😢 hardly any sleep
