The owner Megan was very friendly and greeted us on arrival. The room was clean and had all the facilities we needed. Great location . We would def stay here again.

The location was perfect and and easy 15/20 minute walk to coral island. Very coinvent to the pleasure beach well within walking distance. The best is very comfy and one the best beds I have slept in a hotel. The staff are so friendly, informative and welcome you with a smile.
There was only one disappointment was the shower in our room, the pressure was terrible and it kept going hot and cold, which wasn't ideal.
Few touches could be upgraded at little cost that could make the little touches better, the toilet roll holder was all rusty, remove the self above the sink for easier access.

Very good for the price! The rooms were clean and have everything we needed for a short stay.
The doors lock automatically when you leave, which is a bit inconvenient.
