Affordable Golden Mile Hotel In Blackpool Close To The Beach And Blackpool City Centre With Free Street Parking Subject To Availabilty

Location to the seafront and amenities were brilliant and staff were always happy to help and we were all (including child and dog) were made to feel very welcome

We was given a double room, toilet and then another room with single room. But the host gave us another option which included double bed, single bed and a bunk bed with tv, refrigerator and shower/toilet room.

Loudness/bad language outside very early morning. Toilet has no window so there was a smell.

Lovely warm welcoming staff comfortable beds they were in process of decorating and expanding but everything was lovely staff went above and beyond really hope to return next year when the place has expanded my kids loved it here and all the staff

Nothing everything was perfect for us wish on booking.com it had more vacancies as would of stayed longer

Location was perfect, just off the prom and central pier . Liam the Host was nice and try to accommodate us as best as he could, the room was clean and comfortable

The hotel was in the middle of a refit so bar/lounge etc closed, the fire alarm kept going off for 2 days and someone had to fetch liam from another hotel to reset it which upset my daughter and our dog. There wasn't any WiFi and TV was limited to a couple of channels.p there want a light bulb in the big light either, despite telling the guys no one came so left it off. Also we were aware that there wasn't any management on site with the front door left open each night so we were thankful to have the dog in case any drunken guys appeared. May go back if they get it customer ready, could really get booked up if they completed renovations
