No parking. Staff were really disrespectful and upset me. I am disabled and there was no parkj g asadvertisedwith room so i didn't stay here. We had to fight for a refund from this hotel.t it's another scam. Beware!!!!

Solo women be careful

That I wasn't there for long

I don't mind being friendly. When you're an attractive women you're used to people admiring you. Nonetheless I don't appreciate the male receptionist asking if his friend on the phone can talk to me. I understand being pretty means something to people... But there's a difference between appropriate and inappropriate. He helped me with my luggage downstairs and asked a lot of personal questions during this time. He asked where I'm from, if his friend can talk to me on the phone and see me. Ect ect. He was very flirty, but he is also very young. I went in there with my partner and that didn't seem to bother him. When he found out that I'm half Indian, his crush went up a little more. After a while he became more conscious of likely being watched. I recorded our interaction discreetly, as this kind of thing happens to me often.

The young man on reception was helpful, polite and very apologetic.

The hotel was fairly cheap however on the booking was 2 adults and a baby under one. The family room we were given was very cold due to the radiators not working so there was an electric heater in the room upon us plugging this in the electric tripped and went out we was told it was due to the heater this happened 3 times upon making a complaint due to our new born baby. We were then offered two smaller rooms and told this problem wouldn’t happen again. However we wasn’t satisfied as they were very very cold room due to the radiators not working. We only stayed an hour upon arrival we couldn’t stay for the night wasn’t the best start to our NYE told to contact booking.com for a refund as there was nothing that they could do to help with this. Also very very noisy and very strong smell of cigarettes.

Very poor hotel, needs a lot of attention.

Cheap & on the front of the coast.

The beds were rock solid, no hand towel on the bathroom. Shower was dirty with limescale, no batteries in tv remote and when asked for some I got given 5 battery’s which all still didn’t work. No handle on window blinds in the bedroom so struggled to close the blinds.

No parking when website says there is Smelly towels, dried blood on the bathroom door and frame I have pictures to prove toilet paper sugar only had 2 small pots of milk when had booked for 3 nights as run out on the first day had to buy our own as no one on reception some bloke smoking weed on the steps at the entrance of this hotel uncomfortable bed bed not a double says licences on the window which actually was a cupboard chained up with a couple of cans of beer in it Owner not responded

The convenience of where it was located. Close by Winter gardens and on the sea front, the perfect location.

I didn't like the fact it is sold as parking included, this was the main factor (along with location) for me staying here. I called the owner he had a couldnt care less attitude and was told It is first come first serve which is not stated anywhere in the advertisement so I had been mis sold by the advertisement. Furthermore, when going into the room, the smell hit it was not good. The bedding looked worn and the mattress might aswell have not been there, The bedroom furniture was falling apart and not as the photos suggested. It was safe to say we did not stay the night and drove home the same night.

Nothing as I never actually stayed

I booked with on site parking as advertised. I suffer from osteoarthritis so struggle walking. Arrived. No parking. Was told to drive round the back as lots of in street parking. Spent 30 minutes driving round like an idiot. Went back to the hotel to complain. The receptionist said phone booking.com and phone the manager for a full refund. So I did. The hotel are now stalling and ignoring my messages and even hung the phone up mid call. I had to book another hotel with actual parking. Out of pocket now the hotel are renaging.. Very poor customer service.

For starters, it said on the page there was parking, we had to pay for parking which cost £29, there was blood all over the door in the bathroom, the bins hadn’t been emptied from the last time is was used, the beds were uncomfortable and left us in pain, the bedding smelt fusty, the ceiling had cracks and was bowing in, the bath room as used razors in, poo stains in the toilet from the last people, the bedding had children’s bedding on. It was freezing and we didn’t have a view, the windows were moldy, and could smell weed throughout the whole hotel, the blinds were broken and left us waking up early due to sunlight coming through. The bed was springy and resulted in us aching and being in pain. Overall, wouldn’t reccomend…

Got woke up by drunk man screaming he could smell gas, as I left the room I could smell it too he could not get in contact with the onside manager so set the alarms off at 1.30 am we all had to vacate the room and we're stood in the freezing cold til 5.20am, my son got pushed down the step and graised his knee in the rush of everyone getting out. I wanted a refund as this was disgusting booking.com brushed it off and said it was a drunk man!!!! Vile response from them!!!

The hotel is in a perfect location just opposite the beach which made our stay more relaxing the room was cleaned and comfortable and the atmosphere around the heart hotel peaceful. The highlight of our stay was the gentleman whose name is chhotelal he welcomed us. He was very nice friendly and always ready to help with any thing we needed His warm attitude really made us feel at home we'll be very happy to come again

To be honest it was terrible. Parking was advertised I turned up 3 hours before check in so i can try make sure I get a space to be told no chance for parking it had already been filled! Had to pay for a local car park 10 minutes walk away. If your considering this hotel because they advertise parking, don't do it. The parking is very limited behind the hotel, your chance of getting one of the spaces is beyond slim. Asked about whether it was possible the room might be ready early so I could drop my bags, got told it was ready now but id have to pay 20 pound to drop my bags early The room was dirty (the last person's eyelashes and earrings on the side, see image) Bed was probably a small double, very little space and the bedding must have been years old. No shower gel in the shower, just a rusty screw where it used to be. In room 1 so woken at 6 in the morning by the staff door being slammed open, it was so loud it shook the bed. This carried on consistently until we decided it was time to leave. Would never stay again and my reviews will reflect this especially since it cost 99 pound for 1 night!

It is on the doorstep for everything

It advertised free parking and there was no parking at all . It looked outdated. Could do with a revamp. Nothing didn't match. Furniture was marked and painted , and everything looked 1980 . Extension leads to tv hung over the bathroom door. We had to boil kettle on the window sill

I wouldn’t call the room ‘Deluxe’, however if you’re happy with a bed for the night it does the job :)

The hotel is in a good location and the staff were friendly. We were able to leave our luggage when arriving in Blackpool and heading out for the day.

We were woken up early by banging from elsewhere in the building. The room was small and the shower water was cold. The latch stuck in the bathroom whilst I was inside.

The breakfast room was not good. They didn't have anything set up eg cutlery. They were running late aswell with the breakfasts. Whilst I was staying in the bedroom the tele wouldn't work properly. I had to tune it everytime I want to watch another channel. The kettle in the bedroom stunk.

Very dated and room was not clean and very worn, with broken furniture and plug socket. The shower was very small hard to get in and out with the water keep turning off mid shower.

There was slugs and other bugs in the room. The bedding was some sort of dogs dressed up theme ? Very off putting and the mattress was dirty. It was a dirty room with dust everywhere and parts of the ceiling falling off

Paid for a seaview.but windows were dirty and with scaffolding up couldnt really get a good view. The curtains didnt shut,and was hanging off the rail.I know its been renovated,so they was no bar,or no outside seating area, but im sure it will look really good when done

The name is not on the hotel. Took us an hour to find it Seaview that I couldn't see out of the window at because it was so so dirty I'm disabled ( which they did not know before I turned up) but I had no offer of help to get my suitcase upstairs I'm not an entitled person but being on a crutch some offer of help would of been good. Room was a very very budget room so well over priced
