Everything from the friendly welcome from our Host, Steve to the freshly cooked breakfasts each morning to the clean neat rooms Nothing was too much trouble for Steve, who was always on hand to assist with any queries and have a laugh/banter with Steve ... You have definitely earned your 5 Stars 🤣🤣

The host Steve was amazing great knowledge of Blackpool made a great cooked breakfast catered for all our needs the beds were very comfortable and a great power shower the room was spotless with everything you need for a great stay.
Everything was perfect there was nothing we did not like.

The location is perfect! Far back enough from the Golden Mile to prevent a lot of noise but definitely close enough to the beach, around 3/4 minute walk to the beach! Very clean although a lot of stairs to top floor so consider this when booking if you have any mobility issues
