Apartment was perfect for our family, hassle free stay

The location was ideal, check in was easy, the cleaning team were very friendly. The shower was hot and really nice And they had a fan in the room as it did tend to get a bit stuffy
As a family of 4 we had 2 plates, 2 forks one of which was plastic, we had 3 knives, not ideal if we were eating in which we couldn't. Room a bit small We strip the beds always when departing the room, kind off wish we didn't as the mattress protector covered a multitude of sins, so many marks, and loads of large food crumbs. It was meant to be a quiet hotel between 11pm and 7am hence we chose this, only to have people.coming in at 2am loudly

The room was clean and very satisfied with the whole place very quiet so the whole stay was very good and the family was very satisfied and happy

Location was perfect for our stay, was mostly clean enough bed was fine.
Not good stairways, very steep, main entrance door was not always locked, rooms could be doing with a spruce up (blind was broken, kept falling off window, edging on sink unit wasnt great got caught on it couple times, my main grumble was the foor wasnt very clean.
