The Elk

It was clean and well kept. It felt cozy and had everything we needed. Value for money.

Good location. On street parking gets filled really quickly so we made use of the car park. It was £12 for 24 hours so not extortionate. Bed was insanely comfortable. Room was really clean, and the light fan was a nice touch. Shower pressure was decent and the rooms are equipped with good size TV and tea / coffee. Reasonable priced for high season in Blackpool. Self check in and key return was ideal.

There was a hole in the bottom of the panel in the bathroom, possibly missing a vent. Doesn’t affect function but aesthetically might need repairing.

I liked that my whole family could sleep in one room there was enough space for all of our things the complimentary tea coffee water and biscuits was nice the beds were clean and comfortable

The ceiling fan didn’t make any difference to the temperature of the room and it was far too hot in there

The kids liked the bunk beds but our bed was extremely uncomfortable and left us with bad backs for the entire weekend

Double bed very uncomfortable, didn’t see any staff to ask for anything in the room, bins were n out emptied, no refills of coffee, tea or toilet rolls, the location was very dodgy and the children witnesses people dealing drugs in the street.
