Good location, close to Blackpool promenade. Room was clean, bedding and towels provided. Good hospitality tray with biscuits and bottles of water. Good size TV. Very reasonable prices.
Area was run down, the entrance and stairs needed attention, was clean but smelt like dog.
The room was small and the walls needed painting, lots of damp spots were evident. The shower pressure was awful. Generally the bathroom needed attention, mould in shower and hole in the wall.
The door to the room didn't close properly without jiggling and pushing - didn't seem secure.
Walls are thin so you hear every noise from next door and upstairs. This was problematic on our first night at the other guests were not quiet at all. 2nd night was better.
