It was clean and well kept. It felt cozy and had everything we needed. Value for money.

Good location. On street parking gets filled really quickly so we made use of the car park. It was £12 for 24 hours so not extortionate. Bed was insanely comfortable. Room was really clean, and the light fan was a nice touch. Shower pressure was decent and the rooms are equipped with good size TV and tea / coffee. Reasonable priced for high season in Blackpool. Self check in and key return was ideal.

There was a hole in the bottom of the panel in the bathroom, possibly missing a vent. Doesn’t affect function but aesthetically might need repairing.

I liked that my whole family could sleep in one room there was enough space for all of our things the complimentary tea coffee water and biscuits was nice the beds were clean and comfortable

The ceiling fan didn’t make any difference to the temperature of the room and it was far too hot in there

Good location, close to Blackpool promenade. Room was clean, bedding and towels provided. Good hospitality tray with biscuits and bottles of water. Good size TV. Very reasonable prices.

Area was run down, the entrance and stairs needed attention, was clean but smelt like dog. The room was small and the walls needed painting, lots of damp spots were evident. The shower pressure was awful. Generally the bathroom needed attention, mould in shower and hole in the wall. The door to the room didn't close properly without jiggling and pushing - didn't seem secure. Walls are thin so you hear every noise from next door and upstairs. This was problematic on our first night at the other guests were not quiet at all. 2nd night was better.
