No option for breakfast ,but a great local cafe round the corner.

The bed and pillows where so comfy it was like being in my own bed

Every was fantastic close to everything we needed

The gentleman at the desk was lovely. Welcomed us and also sorted us a parking space however then advised it was £8 but reasonable for overnight stay but as it was offered upon arrival I thought it was free. The room was in a good location on the sea front. In-between central and south pier. Ideal for beach days, arcades and pleasure beach.

I believe you get what you pay for and as last minute, I had to deal with it. Room - bed clean but pillows need replacing as all bumpy like they have been washed and no longer fit for purpose. Decor is very dated, there was dust everywhere and for a sea view, the windows were so dirty you couldn't really enjoy it. There was a beeping sound in the main entrance, this went on all night and could be heard in the room. The shower was a tiny square and the base was filthy and had water marks everywhere. Daren't even use it. When we checked out, out sink in our room must have caused a leak in the main lobby and the gentleman on the front desk was catching the water in a bucket below our room.
