Aspire House

The location was fantastic as it was right on the sea front and in-between South Pier and Central Pier. The staff were really nice and always had a welcoming smile regardless of the hour. Tea and coffee facilities were available and a bathroom amenity kit was provided, would come in handy if you left your toothbrush/toothpaste at home. The hotel had a restaurant with reasonably priced meals, although we had an itinerary of where we were eating so didn’t get the chance to experience this.

The rooms are a little dated, although we expect this in a Blackpool hotel. We thought parking was included in our stay, although this was possibly an oversight on our part as we filtered hotels with parking and thought it would automatically show free parking places. The floors in the room were hoovered and mopped, although could do with being shampooed as our wee one who is currently crawling ended up with black knees due to ingrained dirt on the carpets. There wasn’t a hair dryer or iron/ironing board in the room so you will need to come equipped.

Great location and very helpful, friendly staff. The hotel is currently undergoing some renovation work, but the team did their best to make our stay comfortable. Looking forward to seeing the improvements once everything is completed!

Some renovation work was ongoing during our stay, which caused a little inconvenience. However, this is temporary and should improve the overall property once completed.
