Staff were great the room was dated, tiny and cold. Shower was good beds were reasonably comfortable.

Reception was great, really friendly. Close to the sea and excellent location. The rooms are very different to what's shown on the website, but its clean, basic and does the job for one night. It's not the Ritz, but it's Blackpool and by Blackpool standard, it's ok

The room wasn't up to standard the guilt cover had blood stain on it the mattress was badly stained liked like urine no mattress protector on the mattress didnt injoy my stay at all

The staff where very friendly and the room we had booked was good and the beach view was amazing the service was okay they need to have someone to come and clean the bedrooms that one thing we didn’t not like but otherwise it okay okay for us to stay at oh and if you ever want to book here they don’t do breakfast that was another point we picked up on it was very hard for us because we are strict vegetarians so we found it very hard to find a good vegetarian restaurant

Fix the loosen window handle and door lock are recommended. Improve the extraction system for bathroom to prevent smoke smell get in room is recommended.

The hotel hosts where very pleasant and very helpful and we enjoyed the stay the owner of the hotel did explain that he had only been there for 3 months and the hotel was work in progress we wish him the best of luck and thanks again

Had a good stay, but the hotel is in need of updating especially the bathroom in the room we stayed in. Also in places needs a good clean but i had a good stay, the staff very friendly and i would stay again

nice location on front. not the best hotel been in for 3 nights no housekeeping in room or towels changed all we wanted realy was a place to sleep and this fullfills that criteria. view of a back alley not the best either. guys in the reception very friendly

Was ok for what was needed the (ex BandB) back in its day was probably thriving with breakfasts etc in the morning - this is literally for me good for a one night stay we had four nights but was glad to get home today - make sure you have £7 a day for the parking too as they want it in cash and not card - and like to remind you until it’s payed for! Would avoid in future would book at hotels with free parking and breakfast options in the morning this wasn’t something on offer pics of tables and stage make it look like there’s chance of entertainment etc but it’s just a basic head down!

Okay for price and staff were kind and welcoming, good for what we needed. however WiFi didn’t work, towels smelt grim and the room was full of stains. Along with no heating at all. It’s good for weekend out and need somewhere to stay.

It was an amazing experience, the location and atmosphere was excellent and staff were very friendly and always on hand to help. Loved it and would definitely recommend to others.
