Bronte House - Blackpool

Was very close to the promenade making all outings much easier. Kitchen was easy accessible and had what we needed

It wasn’t extremely dirty but there was just wee bits that could have had another clean

The property was clean and very presentable. It was very spacious and we enjoyed the check in process.

So we stayed in room 6, the double bed by the tv, myself and my children had all hit our legs on the ends of the bed that overlap leaving us with scratches and very big bruises. Maybe a change of bed where you can’t walk into the overlaps would be beneficial here. There was no hand wash in the bathroom which I feel is a necessity. Hand hygiene after toilet use is essential. I do think a small kettle and a tray of tea bags, sugar and coffee, and biscuits would have completed this room. Especially as going down to the kitchenette everything was already gone and it wasn’t topped up over the weekend at all and no one around to ask either. Having said all this the hotel itself is wonderful and I really would stay here again.

It was close to everything and clean and tidy. We all loved it my wife and two doggies did too. Great walks for the dogs.

I can’t really say I didn’t like anything about the property.

There was no breakfast, location was good

There was no personal touch, no friendly landlord/landlady to meet you dirty knickers under the bed from previous occupant
