Great Location and even better staff!

The staff were very friendly and helpful! The location is great also, we wanted to be close to the shore shore but there is a tram line very close which takes you directly to the north shore

Hotel looked lovely from outside and on booking.com yes it was cheap and the reception was nice area no hosts to meet us had to call twice to get someone to open door to hotel the room was absolutely disgusting filthy shower room ceiling falling in just awful loud music and swearing from another room we booked for 3 nights and left after 1 night they never even contacted me to ask why we left

Brilliant

Mohammed (the owner) was very friendly, funny guy. Went out his way to make sure me and my husband was comfortable. Gave us extra pillows and an electric heater when asked for (dont ask you dont get!) Answered questions when asked about the area. Hotel was better then I expected, our room 212 was very clean, the bed was comfortable. Smart tv in room. Mo is doing alot of work on the property and I really hope it gets to how he wants it. Has a nice little shop with essentials on site. And a brilliant little side room which has a gorgeous little bar Mo is working on. It will make the perfect place to hold celebrations in, with a little restuarant opening up on the opposite side of reception. Close to tram stops, lovely sea view, and the hotel very pleasant. Corridor loghts automatically come on when ealking through. Great lightening in room also. Room was a nice size for a couple. Hoping to come back next year, with my husband and maybe bring my kids along. Thank you so much Mohammed! Hope it all works out ! Xx

Good value for money in a quiester part of Blackpool

Property located on the South side of Blackpool past the pleasure beach in a quieter location. Friendly staff. Property currently undergoing updates, but when finished will be really nice. Room was comfortable and lovely and quiet.

The second room 112 we had at the back wasn’t nice the heating pipes was very noisy and the shower was none stop drip drip all night the skating board was dirty,

Room very basic paid for sea view got scaffolding, no staff onsite after check in room was cold bed was uncomfortable, parking across road was good lack of facilities was disappointing however you get what you paid for cheap and cheerful

Was a lovely stay very friendly and thank you for Netflix not just basic tv channels

Spacious room had shower and separate bath what I loved most was first place I have stayed you can actually use Netflix and things

Some bits of the room could have done with a bit tlc the bathroom window was drafty parking is a bit of a pain if you can’t get outside that isn’t their fault

Clean, affordable overnight accommodation.

Easy to find, free parking at the door. Comfortable bed and spotlessly clean room. Manager was extremely helpful very late in the evening sorting out an issue caused by a Booking.com messaging failure. Very grateful for his understanding and solving the problem so that I had somewhere to sleep.🙂

Could have been better

The receptionist was lovely. The location was close to the beach front and pleasure beach.

The beds were uncomfortable, there were renovations happening which blocked our promised "sea view" the room was fairly clean though it looked nothing like the booking.com photographs, the floorboards were creaky and we found a used lady product in the bathroom bin that the cleaners missed, however it was cleaned immediately upon telling the staff. They did provide towels, toiletries, linen and tea/coffee however the towels were stained, the soap was used and there was not enough tea bags sugar or milk for my own personal liking. Upon asking for more I was provided extra tea bags but had to buy my own milk. For an overnight stay it wasn't the worst, I would call it serviceable at best. If I was to stay more than one night I would probably pick somewhere else.

10mins walk from the pleasure beech. Staff friendly very comfortable good sized room and bathroom.

Only downfall was a room at the back facing the bin area and a derelict building. Not a major issue really but would have liked sea view.

It’s was cheap costing £50 a night. The broadband wasn’t great specially when everyone was using it. Staff was friendly.

The property is situated on the strip coming into Blackpool. The tram stop was a short walk away. The parking wasn’t great as i had to wait for guest to leave to be able to get a free parking space.

Although it was reasonable for the price and looks like it’s need modernising. The cleanliness of the room wasn’t great. We had a room on the side and pigeons had poop all over the windows. There were handprints on the wall. We use the kettle and cup which was stuck to the tray. The shower had dirt marks around the door frame.

Disappointing stay — dated rooms, poor facilities, and not as advertised

The hotel was clean, with comfortable mattresses and good Wi-Fi. It’s conveniently located right next to a tram stop, offering easy access to Blackpool town centre, and there’s free on-street parking available.

Overall, a disappointing stay. The photos advertised do not accurately reflect the rooms. They are very dated and tired, in desperate need of redecoration. There were no lamps in either of our rooms — a double and a single — despite this being shown in the pictures. My single room didn’t even have a chair or desk, even though the listing stated that every room includes them. The bed had no headboard, and the windows were in poor condition. Only one pillow was provided, whereas the photos showed several. Both rooms faced the side of the property, where the windows were covered in bird muck — as was much of the exterior — making it quite unpleasant. There were also ongoing building works, so perhaps things will improve in the future. Sound insulation was very poor, and we could clearly hear people in neighbouring rooms and in the corridors.

Horrendous.

Nothing went well, expected rooms like advertised yet arrived and they were nothing like, very dirty the bed and drawer in one room broken looked like a squat. Couldn't stay there so had to pay for another accomodation.

Everything wished the website for the accomodation actually reflected what it is really like that way i would have stayed well clear of booking the property.

The welcome on arrival was lovely & throughout our stay, nothing was a problem if we had any issues, not that we had any.

If anything it was that there was only one bedside lamp in our room, but not a real issue.

I travel the uk for short breaks frequently but this was my 1st stay in Blackpool . The worst place Iv ever stayed and

Reception staff was very friendly and addressed all needs bed was comfortable .

Room was very dated and unkept . Broken mirrors and crumbling walls. Mould in the shower and unclean . Dirty footprints on bathroom floor and bag of rubbish on the bed when we got there also a screwed up dirty pillowcase under the table . Although the beds were very comfortable the bedding smelt like it had not been washed (pillow cases smelt like scalp and skin ) chose mars for the location expecting it to be quiet . Unfortunatly we were kept awake by some one shouting and banging on the main doors in the early hours for over 2 hours and our room was directly above . Shouting and banging from room opposite and above . Very long night with very little sleep. Unable to shower and freshen up due to the shower being mouldy and very dirty ,floor Coverd in dirty footprints and long hairs . Obviously not been cleaned from previous booking Although the room was not overly expensive ( but expensive for the state of the room ) we stayed at the Ferny hotel the following night for only £5 more and the difference was night and day . Sign in reception stating they had been awarded 8.8 on trip adviser . I’m guessing that was just based on the reception being very clean and updated . Rooms definitely Not 8.8 more like -8.i did complain about the bag of rubbish left on my bed and was kindly offered unlimited complimentary coffee sachet and tea bags. Unfortunately milk was sour and when I tried to get some more no one was around for the remainder of our stay .

Was tidy little place. Entrance is lovley. Room was clean and standard. Small lift to higher floors.

It said free parking but couldent get anywhere near. Room was nice and standard but bed was hard and could do with extra pillow and only small towels no bath towel and window was broken
