    stayed 5 nights, some slight tweaks neede like sink plug, toilet lid getting banged when flushing due to long lever hitting lid. clean and tidy rooms, bedding, towels etc. tram stop across the road, so convenient for travelling about. cheap and cheerful for the price. would go again.

    Had a slight hiccup with the room I booked but got sorted very quick and professionally. They do an all you can eat buffet which I had both nights as it's was very tasty and excellent value for money.

    When ya dont need the over bearing staff...just friendly and helpful this is the place. I stay regularly over the year when up as its.clean, friendly right.location .. Enough away from town bit local enough if needed for anything. Ideal

    Booked a Superior Quad room for our stay.. based on photos on the website it looked like a lovely room .. what we got was nothing like the pictures .. it was a dull small room with 2 double beds crammed in. Only one bedside lamp .. a tiny window that let no air in .. room was ridiculously hot.. decor was poor and shabby and carpet was stained and sticky. A doorless wardrobe that had greasy handprints all up the back and had to move kettle and unplug fridge every time we wanted a tea or coffee. When spoke to reception about room not being what I expected I was basically told well that’s the room you booked and on a promotion what do you expect.. wasn’t happy at all but made the most of our stay as not to ruin my sons birthday but would never stay here again
