When/if we visit Blackpool again we will certainly stop at The Scala again.

The two owners were excellent, very chatty and made us feel very welcome. They were also very helpful. Breakfast was good and the facilities were what we expected. Can't fault our stay.

Lovely fun packed long weekend in Blackpool seeing all the sights and attractions.

Beautifully furnished in 1930’s style decor, clean comfy room with all essential needs covered. Great location near the south pier and close to tram stop. Fully stocked bar with pool table and dartboard also available . Linda and Tony were very friendly and the breakfast was fantastic.

Perfect!!!!

We stayed at The Scala with family, Linda & Tony were so welcoming when we arrived and let us check in early they were the perfect hosts such a friendly couple where nothing was a problem Breakfast was great and definitely set us up for the day Was so lovely to come back in the evening and be able to relax in the bar and the added bonus was the pool table and dart board .. We couldn't fault anything and would definitely stay again if we return to Blackpool Thank you so much Linda & Tony we all had a lovely time xxx

Home from Home

Tony and Linda were so lovely. We felt like we were at home, the minute we arrived. They were so welcoming and kind. Linda had the perfect solution to our question ... the best way to get to Lytham Music Festival and back. By train! The station is a 2 min walk from Scala Hotel. We loved the Art Nouveau Decor. We weren't a fan of the beautiful clock in the entrance hall - through the night though! 🎧 The breakfast was fab. What a great idea to order on arrival. Everything perfectly cooked and served with a smile.

Linda & Tony were very welcoming, went above & beyond to make our stay really enjoyable. Hotel was really nice & cosy, rooms spotless & nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was amazing, due to an early start on the Sunday, Linda & Tony got up early to make sure we had breakfast before we left. Location is excellent, very quiet & also a short walk away from Blackpool’s attractions. We are already planning our next family trip & wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Would highly recommend.

Exceptional B&B with the kindest hosts!!

Best nights sleep I think I’ve ever had away from home. Linen was divine and the bed super comfortable. Had everything we could have needed and more. Loved the fridge being in the room. The location was fantastic. 2 minutes walk to the tram stop or bus stop and right beside the pleasure beach, but in such a quiet location. Very easy to find whether driving or using public transport. Loved that we had parking too. Will definitely be staying with Linda & Tony again. Such lovely welcoming hosts who couldn’t do enough for you. The breakfast was exceptional. Kept us going until our evening meal.

Noting at all to say that we didn’t like other than sad we were only there two nights.

Very easy to reach and find. Quiet location and had parking for our car. Excellent location for all transport and right by the pleasure beach. Excellent location and was lovely and quiet at night.

Sweet little Art Deco inspired getaway

Absolutely perfect location for the pleasure beach! The owners couldn't have done more for us. They went above and beyond, and we aren't the easiest of guests. Great value for both the stay and the bar 🍸 Will definitely return here if Blackpool beckons us again.

Linda and Tony are so helpful and friendly, the breakfast is absolutely fantastic, rooms are really comfortable and spotlessly clean, WiFi is really good and the location is brilliant, literally 5 minutes away from the tram and on the main strip, everything about Scala is first class, oh, I nearly forgot, the Art Deco style just adds to the ambience, fabulous stay, fabulous hosts, fabulous location, fabulous hotel, very highly recommend the Scala Hotel.
