Location is perfect, so close to pleasure beach and all the main attractions. The room was so clean. Kath and Rick were both so lovely and helpful, can’t wait to come back. Thanks so much :)

Excellent, clean, tidy, very nice room, comfortable bed.Kath and Rick were very welcoming.Parking for car.Breakfast was good value, good quality.Probably the best B&,B I have stayed at for some time.
