Very easy check in, small but nice room- everything you'd expect there and all clean. 6 minute child paced walk from Blackpool south and the same to the theme park.
Little scruffy round the edges however for the price and convenience we were very impressed.

It was clean and comfortable. Location was great as we were there to go to pleasure beach. Kath, the host was lovely and messaged me before our stay to welcome us. We were later arriving than we expected and let her know, but she waited for us. We didn’t experience any problems but she said that if we did to just message her. Overall, a lovely evening lace to stay and very friendly

The place was spotless and very quiet. A nice, peaceful location. The host was absolutely lovely.
Unfortunately we happened to visit during a heatwave, and as our room was on the top floor with very small windows, it was extremely hot. That was the only downside of our stay.

Difficult to find parking and the other guests were really noisy late at night and early morning.
