We loved being greeted by Alice. Alice and Gary are very friendly and kind. They're great with little kids as they have their own. The bar was great too for a cheeky drink with our children before bed. We will book direct with them for another stay, but for longer next time. The bedroom was very very clean. Oh and omg the bathroom was better than mine at home!!! I'm glad I cancelled with another hotel and rescheduled with this hotel.
The double mattress wasn't very comfortable for my partner, but that was the only thing.

Location, friendly hosts and excellent breakfast.
Nothing really to dislike but if I had to mention anything it would be there wasn’t a mirror above the sink to assist me when shaving and the shower head and hose were needing replaced.

Ease of access to the promenade and central location.
The proprietors were lovely. very welcoming and friendly
The breakfast was lovely and a great cuppa!
The room was a little tired and dusty in places.
The neighbours, in the building next door, had an all night party, waking us up at 4.30am.
