The staff was very helpful and friendly and was every welcoming, rooms were clean, bed were comfortable very warm.

It's ose to the sea front is the best I can say about this property.

You can only pay by cash or bank transfer. The carpets are filthy all through the property. The photos made the so called deluxe room look nice. But in reality it was tiny. The old battered wardrobe was broken. The bedding was old and washed out and also stained. The paintwork was filthy. Where they had tried to touch up the painting they just slapped it on and all over the light switches. It says it has a pool but I didn't even attempt to look at it because if it was probably as dirty as the rest of the hotel. The bathroom needed a deep clean. Luckily I only needed to sleep there and stayed out of the hotel the rest of the time. They charge way too much. It should be in the lower budget range of about £35 a night but it's double that. I would spend your money elsewhere.
