Lovely place

Only thing could improve on is better quality pillows felt they were bit too soft and past their best other than that everything else is great

The full English was reasonably priced and excellent the staff were excellent

The presidential suite featured a generously sized bathroom with a large bathtub, dual sinks, and a separate walk-in shower — plenty of space to unwind. The bed was comfortable with sufficient bedding provided. The location was ideal, within walking distance to both the south and central beaches as well as the town centre. Breakfast was complimentary, which was a pleasant surprise, although we didn’t have the chance to try it. Check-in and check-out times were convenient, with an 11am departure and a flexible arrival window. The key code entry system made coming and going hassle-free.

Unfortunately, our stay was disrupted by several issues. Despite its compact size, the fridge was surprisingly noisy and caused sleep disturbances. The lack of soundproofing meant we could hear noise from outside and adjacent rooms, which compromised our privacy and led to poor sleep on both nights. The curtains were not blackout, allowing early morning light to flood the room. Floors were uneven and creaky, adding to the discomfort. The bathroom television was unreliable and rarely worked, while the remote in the living area was temperamental. Although streaming services were advertised, they were inaccessible as no accounts had been set up for the room. Communication with staff felt excessive, and we were repeatedly contacted about check-out despite having already left the property with key left in the door. There was no designated drop box for the key, which added unnecessary hassle. Additionally, the lack of a self check-in option meant we had to provide a specific arrival time — difficult to predict given our travel circumstances. I hope this feedback will be taken on board as being fair and used to improve the experience of guests however this hotel is mostly doing things correctly with its high rating.
