Location great, clean room, full English brekki was excellent, staff friendly and accommodating to all our needs.
Shower didn’t have much water pressure but still managed to use it.

The property is really nice! Lovely & clean & tidy! I was in Bedroom 2 which is small but suited me perfectly as I was on my own! The welcome & hospitality is great & the breakfast is superb! Thanks to Kimberley for being so nice! (Even though I lost my keys 😱) Steve the chef & Nicole who looked after the breakfast Sat & Sun & Kimberley & Cody on Monday. Definitely recommend this B&B 👍
The road opposite which is the road to the Winter Gardens is Coronation St sadly is one of the scruffiest dirty roads I’ve seen for a long time, with lots of abandoned buildings which is a real shame for the area, but shouldn’t reflect on the stay!! Superb location for the winter gardens!

Stayed 1 night on stopover to The Lakes area. Good contact before arrival to coord parking, which is very limited in the local area. Recently refreshed throughout. Good, comfortable king size bed. Easy walk to coast. Outstanding breakfast, cooked to order. Lovely host. Recommended.
