I liked my room, although the blind needs replaced as it didn’t give full coverage. The location was perfect, not right in the busy heart, but close enough to be there.

Breakfast was poor, the radio was very loud and inappropriate music, especially for breakfast time. The fire door leading into my corridor banged every time someone came in.

The place is quite rough around the edges, it's a bit awkward using the tiny lifts but manageable. Other guests were very loud, playing music in the hallways but we were at the back and they were at the front so didn't impact us but would have if the room was nearby.

Central location, Staff pleasant enough, Bathroom clean and good shower, entertainment on every night.

Secure car park is not secure. Refused to leave my car in the under hotel car park due to dirty needles and drug paraphernalia. Rooms need touched up (pay attention to small details) Made me sad as this hotel had nostalgia for me from my child hood. Deposits for hair dryers are a bit much. Hotel was soooo hot, we were uncomfortable.

It was somewhere to sleep but we won’t be back as it was nothing like advertised.

Great location, very central to everything.

The rooms are extremely dated and nothing like the pictures advertised. The walls are paper thin, could hear people’s conversations word for word in the rooms next door. The floor boards were extremely uneven and noisy. The window was filthy and there were no curtains, only old blinds that didn’t keep the light out. The entertainment at night was difficult to find as there’s nothing to tell you where it is. The young boy who checked us in was quite rude, when we asked if there was parking we were told “you’ll have to look and see if you can find space but you better come back and pay for it, I’ll know if you don’t”. The car park was so tiny you can barely squeeze your car into it in the first place.
