Overall, a wonderful hotel that made our stay memorable and enjoyable - we would happily recommend.

The hotel perfectly located on the beach promenade, within easy reach to the beach, piers, Blackpool tower and other nearby attractions. The rooms, bedding and en-suite shower rooms were all very clean. Breakfast was so good, and we really appreciated how the staff went out of their way to cater to vegetarian options. The hotel staff were warm and personable, and it was clear that the management team is actively involved in the smooth running of the hotel. A wonderful hotel experience that caters well to all age groups.

Awful, depressing and stressful to find suitable alternative accommodation

Nothing it was very poor. I left the next morning to find other upgraded accommodation the reception when I arrived had buckets everywhere as they had a major leek. I got the keys for the room and I couldn’t get the teli working so went to reception and vicky said that 18 televisions were out? And said it would be fixed later that day when there Ariel man came. The electric was on. Then opened the curtains in the room and the window on the outside was that filthy I couldn’t see out of it just a blur onto a dirty old car park. The hot and cold taps were the wrong way round so I burnt myself on what I thought was a cold tap but was hot? I never ate there breakfast either even though I paid for four. I would like a refund of £150 as I only stayed one night and it was the worst hotel Iv ever stayed in . Thanks mr Darren Bailey

Fun in the blackpool sun

Great little place. Small rooms but very comfortable. Great bar and service. Front terrace is a sun trap and Great for people watching. Good breakfast. Would definitely return.

Great People Place But Attend To Details.

Good location,early check in, good breakfast choice, clean place, friendly staff very dedicated, good tea and coffee choices in room,ironing room helped as forgot ours.

Bit dated in some areas,shower room very small, shower head could be improved as little pressure,tip get JML shower boost head which increases the spray,poor view of alley with debris outside, no parking so difficult to park and when coming in back via car park rubbish in street alley, bit dark in corridors, entertainment went on late so noisy in room.

Extended our stay as we had such a great time.

Great little hotel. Clean with comfortable beds. Great breakfast and staff cant do enough for you. Bingo and karaoke most nights with reasonably priced drinks are a bonus. Can’t say enough about the place. Love it!

In prime location for all attractions.Free car park real bonus.Rooms clean and comfortable excellent breakfast.Staff extremely helpful and pleasant not our first stay and won't be our last.Well stocked bar with reasonable prices and karaoke and bingo if you don't want to venture out and a lovely outside area to sit in when the weather permits

Pleasantly great experience.

The location was great for our trip. In-between everything to explore. Trams and buses very close. The room was facing the back yard area,carpark but exceptionally quiet. The hotel is a deserving hotel. Really enjoyed our weekend stay,even the bar and breakfast was a delight.

Nothing to say about it. Nothing to dislike. Everything was recieved at top to make our stay a positive memory.

Staff were lovely 😊. Hotel was basic more like a budget room didn't think it was worth £100 per night for seaview room and windows were dirty so didn't get a clear view.

The bed was cheap and basic after 10 minutes lying on my side went numb so constantly turning over. Need new mattresses. Booked for 2 nights left after 1 night. Was shattered next morning not having decent sleep not best.
