Perfect location, nice staff and an ideal stay.

Place was perfect, there was a bar just beside the apartment and it was brilliant, the barmen/receptionist was a nice enough guy and he done his job correctly. We went as a family of 3 and our child loved it, the fold out bed could have been better but our child didn’t complain so it was good enough. The apartment is literally a small walk away from pretty much every attraction we visited, food locations around the area aren’t scarce there are loads of choices around and they all deliver which was handy when we got back and just wanted to have a quiet drink in. There was no noise that we heard through the apartment at night which we were a little worried about originally as it’s set out like flats but it really was an easy sleep with no noise. They offer a late book out at the desk which is ideal as with a child we’re never ready on time haha. Another little thing is the sarcasm they have on the information around the room gave us a little giggle, always good when businesses can tell something that’s bad in a funny way (like damaging goods or smoking in the room)

There’s not much we didn’t like, could have been that little bit cleaner but for the money and location we couldn’t grumble.

It’s very central and we were glad it was for only one night don’t think we would stay there again

Where is was on the front promenade and central.

Firstly no lift and we were on the top floor didn’t mind due to only staying one night and the bathroom wasn’t very clean around the door and there was a stain on the sofa bed and not enough pillows and we had no heater control which we had to phone the reception late evening to get one… and the blinds didn’t work properly on one window…

It was close to everything and in a good location

The controller for the air conditioning was missing so for the two nights we stayed there the room was very cold and a draft was coming through the balcony doors. Went to reception to tell them and weren’t very helpful about it, instead they were eating a kebab at the desk with sauce around their mouth.

Apartment building was very smelly from someone's cooking and it lasted the whole stay. Sofa bed was coverd in stains. There was macdonalds bbq sauce in the fridge, felt like the place hadn't really been deep cleaned in a while.

Great spacious apartment.

Very efficient and friendly man checked me in. Got a free upgrade to a one bedroom apartment on the top floor. Great view. I really enjoyed this clean spacious apartment. Loved the fact I could control the heating. I slept in the single bed which was very comfortable with high quality bedding. Great big power shower. Bonus having a very reasonably priced washing machine and drier on the ground floor. Highly Recommend.

the property was amazing so easy to check in and out staff was amazing room was spotless and everything you needed . location was fantastic and there was a fantastic take away 2 doors down from hotel which was amazing highly recommended fish and chips with fruity curry. all in all i would highly recommended this apartment and will definitely be staying again in future angie x

Good location, clean bedding and bathroom

Roon needed a good clean especially under shelving, needs more equipment in kitchen area, ill fitting cooker so dirty top and bottom, needed cleaning around kitchen area, chairs were rusty around bottom of legs and the floor seriously needs attention as it was lifted in several places and dangerous to walk on.

Nice family break , close to arcades and pleasure beach

After reading reviews we were anxious what we were going in to but we were pleasantly surprised. One room with single bed and a tv, another room with a single and double bed and tv and then a sofa bed /living area with a tv and kitchen facilities. Seaview was lovely. Hairdryer Air con Heating

Handwash in bathroom was just filled with water. The shower had 2 bottles of handwash, no shampoo or shower gel. The sea view patio doors were so noisy , letting in a whistle noise. We could hear people walking round above us and next door through the night.

Good

The apartment was modern, near all the attractions and had a great bar area for evening chill time. Staff were also friendly and there was parking both outside and just next to the building.

The bed and the kitchen could use a little TLC - the mattress was really bobbly and the sheet wasn’t fitted so ended up on the scratchy mattress every night. And the kitchen was missing a few pieces- plates, cutlery etc. A few little improvements could make this place so much better- but overall it was fine for a few days and we all had a great time.

Cleanliness is shocking, the bed was horrific , mattress was old, small balls on the mattress you can feel through so uncomfortable and disgusting, hairs everywhere, if you have babies and children please do not book as its not clean for them to walk around and crawl around. will never use you guys again.

It wasn’t clean. It smelt awful. It needs a good clean. If your staying then be prepared to clean it too! The microwave stunk and all the cooking utensils where dirty, The oven was dirty.The shower didn’t drain properly either.

The accomodation smelled so strongly ciggarette smoke. We mentioned this to the reception member and he was helpful in trying to reduce the smell. There was a terrible smeall when you opened the kitchen cupboard so we avoided eating anything we had to use crokery for. The shower head was covered in mould. Beds were sloping down at the head head so had to prop up with a pillow.

Perfect for what we needed

Staff were amazing on arrival, we were staying in a self catering apartment and they gave us all the information needed for our stay and offered to carry our cases upstairs for us. My son and I managed them up but they came through to stock the vending machine and to check that we were ok getting them up. The apartment was absolutely lovely. Perfect for what we needed and we had a lovely view as we had a Seaview apartment. It was very.clean and decorated lovely. The entrance way and the stairs and landing were always clean and tidy,as was the outside area of ApartHotel421. A lot of care is taken to make guests enjoy their stay. We had access to the hotel bar as well if we had wanted to use it,but we were so busy we didn't get chance to and got back from our antics too late to go in on the Sunday. The place operates a quiet time between 10 pm and 10 am which is actually really great as it means guests can get a decent night's sleep and be up fresh ready to enjoy their next day or to be well rested for the journey home. Right near a team stop, also right near bus stops if needed. An Iceland supermarket right round the corner which was so handy, but also near so many different chippies and other food places and also near McDonald's. We will definitely be staying again. We stayed for The Airshow and it is always a little bit more expensive over that weekend but for what we got and for how handy it was for us we feel we got a great price. Waiting for bookings to open for next year now. For some reason I didn't take pics of inside but my son did a little video that I might take screenshots from. But enjoy the sunset pics from our balcony. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Lovely weekend

Location was fantastic. The lad that attended to us was absolutely lovely, very informative and willing to help. Rooms were brilliant with everything you need.

When it comes to housekeeping there could be a little more eye for detail but I wouldn't say it it was dirty or uncomfortable. Would definately book again.

Fantastic apartment with all your Blackpool experiences a walk away

Property is the a popular location of Blackpool within 2 minutes walk to the fantastic south pier for all your family fun, surrounding the apartment you have a wide range of locations to eat including, pub grub, mcds and chippies. The beach on a stone throw away with incredible sunsets

Family break

The location is fantastic. Beautiful view of the sea from our 3rd floor apartment (lots of stairs however and no lift, so be aware). Great sized apartment for a family of 4 and was very grateful for the air conditioning units in the bedroom and living room as the weather was very warm when we visited. The fridge came with a small freezer compartment which was great and although we didnt use the cooker or coffee machine, we did make use of the kettle (coffee and milk sachets provided), toaster and microwave which are very handy for a quick breakfast before heading out for the day. Lots to do close by, plenty places to eat within walking distance and a tram stop right across the road. Lots of options for car parking: one in front of the hotel (cheapest option but risk being blocked in and spaces are small) along with 2 council carparks - one behind and one to the side - which are reasonably priced as far as promenade parking goes. Overall, would definitely stay here again.

Only small grumble would be the cleaning - its not filthy by any means as I've seen in other reviews, but the floors were a bit dusty, especially in the corners and the glasses and mugs provided needed cleaned before we could use them.
