Central location. Sea view is superb. Perfect for bus stop and tram stop.
Staff very good at point of entry. Bed clean and comfortable.
Could have been cleaner. Shower drain was choked. Possibly not reported by previous guests as when I reported it I was told it would be attended to. Amenities very sparse.

I loved that it had a balcony as we were on the 2nd floor and it overlooked south and central pier, we had a perfect view of the beach and sunset, the bed was very comfortable and it had everything you needed to be able to cook and clean, the bathroom was lovely and spacious too. The entry was easy with the key card and I like that it supplied all your basic needs in vending machines if needed.
The property itself was overall good, the bar is amazing and well stocked. The only down side is the cleanliness of the room, the balcony doors was brown from rust, there was dust and dirt around the bin and floors, the door frame to the bedroom was damaged and needed proper attention, the cooker was dirty and inside the draws were really filthy we didn’t really use any of the amenities in the room except for a cup and the kettle. It really does need a deep clean.

It was dirty bit of rubbish left lying around floor was dirty skirting boards looked like they haven been cleaned for months
