The location and the fact you can park on the street for free.
I asked the man who came to let us into our room about not being able to connect to the WiFi, he brushed me off with the fact he had other properties to look after and left me with 2 children with no WiFi for 2 night/3 days. The hot tap in our room didn’t work. The TV had no remote, which wasn’t a huge deal as we could change the channel by the tv. The property had practically a dump site next to the steps up to the building.
