A faux- luxury hotel with luxury prices

Well located for waterpark.

Extra charges for parking , tray charge for room service, expensive food disproportionate to quality. No facilities for kids. Sections of the hotel were cold. Room was average, hallways dirty.

Not worth the money

Nice and clean.

All we could hear all night was banging from upstairs, took hours to fall asleep and the maids came in twice in the morning before the check out time. Also a £100 on top of what you’re already paying for the room is ridiculous.

Great stay. Beautiful hotel. Room was comfy and well laid out with the bunkbeds for the kids.

Lovely hotel…..however, not best value for money, especially with breakfast not being included.

Good location for the tram stop. Family rooms very spacious and well appointed.

The actual bed and pillows weren’t as comfortable as expected. The bed was very ‘hard’, as was the pillows.….neither that comfortable. Breakfast not being included in the room rate was disappointing. Not good value to ‘add on’, especially as we were a large party of 7.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Cleanliness was on point, nice size room and location good.

I liked everything about the property however if people booked via Booking.com, the parking is £75.00 per night, which not right. Parking should be reasonable, feels like Booking.com customers are being charged three times more.

I didn’t like that. The draft beer wasn’t working. I was informed it was warm and I do like to have a pint of beer at the bar before I go to bed so that put the dampers on that as there was only bottles I also didn’t like the car parking charges of £25 per evening which I thought was very expensive

We chose to eat in the bar on both nights. On both occasions we were brought across double orders, which we sent back. In addition, there weren't enough waiting staff at breakfast and staff to clear tables.

Lovely hotel but need to be enough staff to provide the service expected

Clean, quiet, comfortable room.

Issues with food - both in the restaurant and room service. Poor service with sides ordered not provided in restaurant until after meal was finished. Room service telephone continuously not answered. Had to wait a long time to be served in bar - it was very busy and staff were working hard, there just weren’t enough of them.

5 star hotel at 3 star prices exceptional and quality hotel

The location and facilities including parking. Right in the seafront it was a stormy night with 100mph + winds but inside it was warm dry and you didn’t notice the bad weather. The rooms excellent and the menu/service very good staff did their best to ensure a 5 star service .

Amazing stay excellent staff

My wife and I stayed at Boulevard Hotel to celebrate our 1-year anniversary, and it couldn’t have been more special. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. The room was beautifully prepared — spotless, elegant. We were pleasantly surprised with a small anniversary treat from the hotel, which was such a thoughtful touch.
