It is a perfect place for anything else but a hotel (or somewhere you can sleep)

The facilities and the cleaningness of the place, the breakfast, the staff

It is a perfect place for anything else apart from the sleeping . You cannot sell rooms where you can hear your neighbour fart (I am not kidding ), you can hear even when they are whispering...It's such a shame because it is a lovely place with lovely staff but that place is not for what was intended.

I appreciated the attention to details, the room was equipped with everything you could possibly need, I appreciated the amenities too. The location has a very cozy and friendly feeling, it is tasteful and the host was very polite and helpful.

The information showed in the booking app was incomplete, it took several messages from the host for us to get all the information. I was offended by it and got called up and told I should've checked their website. Then what's the point of this app? I didn't appreciate there was no parking spots, not even around the hotel, and I didn't know you can reserve it before arrival? The room was very small...The doors of the rooms were so close together I thought someone was trying the key in ours during first night(creepy feeling haha)

Disgusting and bad attitude from owner

The guy tried to get me to cancel booking.com and because I wouldn’t our breakfast was reduced to continental the room was smallest room I’ve ever had but if I cancelled he would of give me a bigger room with full breakfast the sheets were left absolutely dirty as anything , this hotel should be struck off

it was very clean and we’ll kept. plenty of room around the place. food was lovely and the owners where lovely people there interacted with there guests and nothing was a problem to them. felt very welcome and relaxed.

Perfect stay with friendly hosts.

All previous reviews were spot on. Met at the door with a lovely welcome. Paul and Richard could not have done enough for us. Nothing was any trouble. They really engaged with all of the guests. Beautifully well-maintained, immaculate hotel. Freshly-cooked, delicious breakfast. Loads of small touches that added to the experience. First time there and it will be our go-to place from now on.

Beautiful night away in the corona

I can honestly say we was not disappointed at all could not find a fault the room was nice and clean the whole hotel was nice and clean the breakfast was amazing good choice the staff were polite and helpful Paul was such a nice host will deffo recommend and return in the future 👌

the owners are lvly and carnt help you enough and take pride in there hotel.

in a good place right near the Pleasure Beach if any body with kids. but you dont have to go far there is pubs and places you can eat. The hotel is done out lvly. very clean and smells lvly

Amazing

From minute you walk through the doors you can tell how clean the place is. The staff where all smiles and friendly. The room was good size and was exceptionally clean not one bit of dust nothing. Bathroom was spotless with good shower and fluffy towels. Beds where very comfortable. In the morning the breakfast came quick and was cooked perfectly loved our stay and will definitely be back.
