The bedroom where clean and comfortable
Where we got home at 10 30 the place was locked up with no lighting and no staff if there might have been a problem we

The breakfast was nice however it could have done with more offers of eggs as they only did scrambled. The female worker was lovely and got us checked in a bit early. The balcony would be good in summer
The hotel could do with a bit of tlc. There should be someone behind the bar constantly especially near check in. The bathroom didn’t match the pictures advertised and you couldn’t swing a cat in the one we got, the shower was also tiny. The room was cold so the heating system could be improved

The breakfast was excellent
Our room was too hot even though we turned the heating off strange comment I know but it was a bit uncomfortable

Located directly behind the pleasurebeach, close to sea front. Staff friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was great, lots of choice available.
Onside bar is huge lots of tables and chairs etc, bar well stocked but doesn't serve hot drinks tea, coffee etc.
Property advertises free parking on site, this isnt the case. They have 5 spaces at the front of the hotel which is a first come first serve basis (would be helpful to know this in advance)
Strong smells of food throughout the hotel.
Shower broke midway through shower, the issue was resolved shortly after.
The blinds in the room were in need of updating and maybe some thick curtains adding, unfortunately the light coming in all night caused an unsettled night sleep. I can imagine this is much worse in the summer months! (Photos I have attached of the blinds and window, is taken around 11pm! As you can see, it looks like daylight!)

Good location, and good access for people with walking difficulties, breakfast was beautiful.
Tv was not working in the room. Also breakfast could have more of a window than just 1 hour. Also, would be good if the hotel had entertainment.

Lovely clean room . Smelt lovely and bathroom gleaming. Bed was a little uncomfortable but lovely clean bedding and towels. Got a free parking space so that was a bonus
Stayed for one night. Quite a lot of banging doing some maintenance but banging stopped at a respectable time. Hosts were nice and told us breakfast was between 8 and 9. Went down just after 8 and they were still cooking the breakfast and wasn't much communication where we had to sit or where things were but we managed to find what we needed. We only payed 35 pound with breakfast so was good value for money

The bar was really lovely, the staff were friendly and we played a few games of pool. The beds were comfortable and it was a lovely room. Very clean.

The property was really nice, the family room we booked was clean and had everything we needed in it .The owners was lovely very friendly and helpful
Parking …. The parking outside of the hotel was full and the owner suggested we parked in the hotel over the road we had to pay £30 to park there as no spaces to park on the roads near it ,after paying £306 for the room was a little bit annoyed at having to pay £30 to park aswell .
The room we booked was nice but the handles on some of the windows had broken off the room was clean but needed some attention to things that was broken.

The location was good, very close to the pleasure park. The breakfast was nice what there was of it. It was good value to get the equivalent of 3 rooms for the price we paid for the family suite.
There is only free parking for 5 guests. I think the hotel should be clearer that free parking is extremely limited for only a handful of guests on a first come, first served basis. The person on reception when we arrived was friendly and helpful, however did not tell us there was a charge to pay to park across the street. Breakfast was nice but quite limited. Staff at breakfast weren’t very friendly. In the bathroom nowhere to put your clothes and towel other than on the floor and rooms far too hot.

Felt like the lady was watching you too much at breakfast and was off putting

Fantastic location
Staff really friendly
Good size rooms and comfortable beds
Needs updating
Breakfast should serve eggs, yoghurt and pastries like advertised. Was told the yoghurt was 2 days out of date, they don’t do eggs and they had no pastries . Very disappointed.

Room was comfortable and clean. Broken kettle replaced and hairdryer supplied when asked. Lovely staff and buffet breakfast was really good. Great for a short break.
Not a modern room. Dated and a bit tired looking. Small shower room.

Location was good.
We didnt get parking as there was only 5 spaces available and had to pay for 24hours across the road.
Room wasn't available at 3pm, ended up putting our bags back in the car after waiting for about 30mins as we had a show to attend.
Staff kept saying another 5-10mins but went on for to long.
There was a leak in the bathroom coming from the toilet, got given towels to put down on floor which wasn't good and no one came to fix or look at the issue after.
We have 2 kids also so that wasn't good for them as there was a lot of water on the tiled floor.
Most of the staff didnt know what we were saying or trying to explain and didnt seem interested.
Got told by one of the cleaners to give them a bad review on TripAdvisor and wasn't bothered what so ever.

Warm and friendly welcome on arrival from Ash, the manager.
Spacious, comfortable and extremely clean room.
Excellent standards (Room 28): spacious bathroom with great shower, comfortable bed, good sized and fully working good quality TV. In addition, location, complimentary Wi-Fi and parking, comfortable bar / lounge area are also very good.
Breakfast options are extensive and everything was well cooked and nicely presented, very well done to the chef! Breakfast service also very good.
Lovely stay, made just that extra bit special by the friendliness, engagement and attentiveness of Ash.

The staff were great and are really helpful, I arrived late and they treated me nicely and checking in was quick and. Simple.
It is probably something they hear all the time which is just the parking, I paid £300.00 but then had to pay an extra charge to park somewhere else, I drove around the block 3 times before I finally went into the hotel to see where I can park and got told i can park across the road for a charge, which i just wasn't expecting after what I paid

Location only
On arrival, we were advised that parking was first come, first serve. (This was not stated on the website), so on top of the £260 stay, we had to pay £25 for parking at a different hotel. The room was extremely dirty, and very run-down hair from the previous guests had been left in the ensuite. The toilet roll holder had been stuck on with sticky pads and fell off. No back on the remote control for tv. The tv itself was absolutely filthy. On going to have a shower our first morning of the stay the shower was not working the manager and new owner attended the manager stood all over our shower mat with her shoes on then advised that she would need to locate the fuse box to see if she could fix it (we felt she already knew there was a problem with the shower) the furniture was old and worn. The breakfast was disgusting (buffet style) cheap quality food. I would not recommend this hotel it is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The manager advised that the hotel had been sold and the contracts had been exchanged the day we arrived. I over heard that they were closing the hotel for a few days to do a deep clean its not just a deep clean it needs but a total refurb.

What can we say? A lovely hotel, big rooms, delicious breakfast, well stocked bar but in all honesty it is the staff who make the Stuart hotel such a gem.
We all enjoyed the breakfast.
Nothing!! It was all great and we have fond memories. Maybe offering an evening meal? But this may not be profitable.

When we arrived we were greeted very warmly, and given a quick run through of breakfast times etc and where our room was located. Everything was lovely and clean. The room was on the 2nd floor and accessed via a lift which was convenient with all of the luggage we had - the family room we had was wonderful! It was clean, tidy and a perfect size for my family of 5. The beds were wonderful and so comfortable after a long day of walking along the promenade. The best thing about this hotel was the location, a few moments walk to the beach front and 10 mins walk to the entrance of the pleasure beach…..it was fantastic and brilliant for access - you would assume that it being so close would mean that it could be noisy but it was lovely and quiet. There is limited parking at the front of the hotel and we not fortunate to grab one, but I parked in Bond Street just round the corner - we paid £11 for 24 hours - it was ideal for us - but I think there is free parking along the road that hotel is on but we couldn’t see one when we arrived - but this did not affect our stay! Breakfast each morning was included with the room and it was lovely and fresh. It was a continental and English breakfast - lots of fruit, pastries and hot breakfast items! My boys loved it! When we got back on an evening, then we went into the lounge - which was open until 12am - and a lovely alcoholic beverage whilst our two older lads had a game of pool. We would recommend a little drive down to St Anne’s Beach too because that had fantastic views and a lovely pier! The beach was gorgeous!
There isn’t a lot we didn’t like - if ever we are back at Blackpool beach then we will be sure to check this hotel out again.
