Maybe worth mentioning the property owners have a cat, it was no bother but I couldn’t have gone in the bar area as I am allergic to cats

Friendly hosts and a nice welcome, hotel was perfect location very close to south pier and pleasure beach. Breakfast was good and a good variety.
Small room but cosy, bed wasn’t very comfortable as it seemed to dip a little in the midddle also had to climb over to get in bed as was against the wall and I shared the bed with my daughter.
Also I got connect to the Wi-Fi but as was on the top floor it kept cutting out with my daughter found very annoying.
