The location was brilliant. We had booked tickets for the sandcastle Waterpark and the pleasure beach them park. The hotel was within 5 mins walk of both. Velvet coaster (weatherspoons) was just across the road and Pablo's fish and chips were just as close. They had a good choice of food that wasn't overly expensive. Billy and Leah was very hospitable and lovely. The cat was cute too. It was also very convenient that the rooms came with breakfast which made it much easier to plan our days. The rooms where also clean and the linen smelt fresh.

The bathroom was a bit tight in the family room for 4. Whilst other rooms was fine. I also found it hard to sleep on the double bed as there was a slight dip when you lie down on the left side and my hubby ended up rolling over to the right, squeezing me nearly half off the bed on the first night.

Great location. Close to beach and food choices. Close to a spoons. Breakfast was good with a lot of choices. Staff were very helpful. Place was clean but did have a smell to it.

There is a cat, so if you are allergic or not a cat is person may not be for you. There is a cat smell.
