It is very clean, bedroom number 2024 on second floor (double deluxe) was spacious, nice and warm, beds very comfortable. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Good breakfast. Will return again.

The room was a good size and very clean as was the whole hotel great buffet breakfast plenty of choices also cater to anyone with specific dietary requirements. Will definitely be going back.Only slight problem was mattresses very firm used to mine being a bit softer highly recommend

We had a lovely stay but did not take advantage of the restaurant etc. however, room was nice and clean. The bed was a little too firm for my liking but I do prefer pillow like mattresses. Other than that, it was great.

Waited so long at the bar the first night that we ended up leaving. Ordered room service 2nd night which took longer than we were told but was nice. Price for parking was shocking and if we had realised before booking with have gone elsewhere which we will do in future

We booked at short notice and had not realised this is a hotel that is geared for children, if that is what we wanted it would have got a 5 star review but alas it was not for us. No problems with anything and for me looking out of my window at the big dipper rides on the Blackpool Pleaseure Beach was not a problem, in fact it was nice to see!

We had an excellent stay for the weekend. 2 adults 2 children. The family room was amazing. The children had their own area with bunk beds, tvs and game console. The room was lovely. The hotel gave us a pass to go through to the pleasure beach at the back of the hotel. The buffet breakfast was outstanding. Being gluten free, the cook fresh food for you and explain what is available. I would definitely stay here again. The hotel staff were lovely and very helpful.

Great room. Very comfortable with view overlooking the park. Parking was expensive (£20) and would have only been £10 if we had booked direct with the hotel. Breakfast was very disappointing. It was extremely busy with really long queues to the one working drinks machine and toaster. Vegetarian options at breakfast were very limited - I asked about vegetarian options with the cooked breakfast which was supposed to be included and was told I would have to wait about 15-20 minutes for it to be made, so didn’t bother (this is a buffet breakfast so you would expect things to be readily available.) All in all the hotel was great, but I wouldn’t pay for the breakfast again.

Should be called the Big Blue Zoo. Walls are paper thin I requested quiet rooms at time of booking and the two rooms I was booking to be beside each other. Instead Our rooms were far apart both on the bottom floor each room experienced thudding at night and early in the morning from above kids constantly running around. When we called Management we were told the child above was heavy footed so we didn't bother complaining again. Children were running up and down corridors screaming very loud parents with no respect screaming and knocking their friends doors and the room next door was blasting music while all sitting I presume drinking with friends. This hotel felt like being in a very scary council estate avoid!

Only concern and may have been a one off but when we arrived back to the hotel of the evening the lift stopped at floor 2 and it was like a comedy film when some is smoking the smell of cannabis was unbelievable how strong it was, same in the morning when I went for a run quite early the lift stunk of it, family friendly hotel for the pleasure beach, hmmmm told staff and didn’t seem that concerned which is disappointing

Loved this hotel, room was clean and well decorated. Staff were lovely and incredibly helpful. we made use of the new free admission into the theme park after 4pm which was a great perk! Bed was very comfortable. Some negatives were parking was £20 a night which was expensive and room was located near lifts which was fairly noisy late evening. Will definitely stay here again next year!

We recently stayed at the Big Blue Hotel in Blackpool as part of our family road trip for our YouTube channel ThemeParkTeddy, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! From the moment we arrived, the staff were amazing – welcoming, professional, and really went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. A special thank you to Owen, a member of staff in the restaurant, who looked after us when our food order didn’t reach the kitchen due to a mix-up. He spotted the issue right away and made sure it was sorted quickly and with a smile – top-notch service! The location is ideal, especially if you're heading to Blackpool Pleasure Beach. Our room had an incredible theme park view, which our child loved – waking up to the sight of the rides was a real treat. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and it felt like the perfect base for our Blackpool adventure. Everything was well-maintained and family-friendly. Clean and modern hotel - only 1 issue: Because we booked with Expedia, the receptionist embarrassedly informed us, overnight parking was £20 (!) - yet for the customer in the check-in queue before me, parking was £10, as they bought their room on the Hotel's website. - this seemed incredibly unfair. As it happened, we were able to street park for free, a little way down the road.

overall this is a nice hotel, clean and pleasant staff, the room backed on to the rollercoasters so was quite noisy earlier in the morning and late afternoon. they also let themselves down with their extortionate £20 a night carparking fees even if you have a blue badge!
