Absolutely perfect location. Literally across the road from the beach. A few minutes walk from the pleasure beach. Very comfortable bed. Clean rooms. Small but great shower. Sue and Leigh make you feel comfortable from the minute you arrive. Lovely breakfast. We will definitely be back
As this is a traditional building, there are stairs up to the rooms but this is clear in the description. Not a problem for us at all

We absolutely love this hotel. We stay here when ever it is available when we plan our trip. Sue and Leigh are fabulous hosts and always makes you feel welcome. They go put of there way to make your stay perfect. We live the room. We always choose the tram room. It's my sons favourite. He loves looking at all the pictures of the trams and reading about the history. Would definitely recommend this hidden gem. Looking forward to our next stay.
