Family resort close to Torremolinos

The free bus shuttle to Torremolinos was a convenient option. The room was clean and comfortable. Travelers need to be aware that its a family resort, so expect noise levels to be a bit high. Breakfast options were good.

The Wi-Fi signal was not great. Kept disconnecting.

Stayed here with friends, very clean and decent breakfast. Shuttle bus to the beach

All inclusive not worth it, couldn’t get a drink in the evening queues crazy sometimes 20 minutes and drinks certainly were watered down. Personally the food was not great and chose to go to the beach every day as the pool area not great and pool itself not inviting

Great resort for family stays

The staff were really friendly. The emphasis on the entertainment for families was great. If with a family there is plenty for the There was a good number of facilities including an onsite grocery store, fish spa etc. Additionally, there was a frequent air conditioned coach to take guests into the town centre as well as the beach.

The food wasn't great, I wouldn't go for the all-inclusive option on this basis.

Hen do of 16 people

We attended on a hen do, the hotel was good value for money for what we wanted. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. Snack bar during the day was good. All inclusive drinks were good. Plenty of space to sunbathe but needed more sunbeds.

The food at lunch and dinner was below average. The pool looked like it could have done with a clean. The rooms overall were good but the bathrooms needed a deep clean.

Beautiful hotel, out a bit from torremolinos. Difficult for prams in nearby streets. Good facilities

The reception staff were lovely as were the restaurant hosts and bar tenders. Rooms massive, very clean. Noelia I think her name was was a delight, very good cleaner and really made an effort with us. Splash pool pirate ship for kids was brilliant as was the small park and baby pool.

The waitress in restaurant on morning of our last breakfast wouldn't give me cold milk for 4 year old daughter's cereal, just said it wasn't out yet even though we had booked for an early breakfast before our flight. So came across as quite rude even though I asked for it politely in Spanish. Gluten free bread apparently was available but they only told me this 2 days before check out so I brought my own to breakfast each morning. Staff also didn't make an effort with my child in the kids club so we stayed and played with her there.

Great stay friendly staff

My daughter and I had the most amazing time at the hotel. There was a lot of older guests the week we stayed lots of celebration taking place but it was lovely. It was busy at the buffet very popular, We were helped by lovely members of staff, Borja, Imed and Christian they were amazing. The people all around were very nice. The facilities was good. The buffet was reasonable. It was a good all-rounder. The shuttle bus was very handy we often made 2 trips per day on it. I would recommend.

There is a mini club for little ones and every evening a mini disco followed by adult performance. Also there is a free transfer from the hotel to the town centre and beach if you want to spend time outside of the hotel.

It looks like they want to build a kids playground and there was a construction area, but they follow all health and safety measures and there is no access to it.

I liked how welcoming the staff were and the breakfast in the morning. I loved the pool and all the additional activities. The shuttle bus into town was so handy!

The staff at the hotel were lovely and very helpful. The hotel was in a good location to both get to the train station and the beach as well.

Our room was dirty, there were flies all over the bathroom and hairs in the drain of the shower. The room we were given was a disability room and so the shower was only a detachable head so had to be held when having a shower. The breakfast was ok but the lunch and dinner service was not nice at all.

Great staff, good location, ventilation system not in shape

The staff was professional and answered all our requests, making our stay worth the choice of this place. The location is perfect for those who want to be near the airport. In the neighborhood there are good restaurants. The building needs to be reformed, but it was very clean. Beautiful views!

The only problem we had during our staying (for my family not a little one) is that the air system transfered to our family room the smell of cigarette's smoke from some other places, eventually inside the building. We checked carefully if the smell came from the balcony, but no. So, the result is that we had to sleep smelling smoke all the night.
