Very child focused - for children between 4and 14 it was ideal and had lots to do there with the beach, pools and evening shows Breakfast was very good especially for children - very very high quality and lots to choose from .

Family accommodation corridors and lift areas - it needs a lift and brighten up . But the bedrooms themselves were very good and very clean - no issues with the bedrooms

For such a big Hotel everything was super clean all over. The Sol room we stayed in was spotless and everything we could need was in it. Very quiet during the night. Enjoyed the food selection both for breakfast and dinner. Staff amazing

The pool toilets could have been attended to more,in the daytime and especially in the evening time while the entertainment was on

Staff were excellent . We stayed half board which I don’t normally do . Tge meals were excellent . Plenty of choice that was cooked fresh in front of you . Room was nice. Cleaned every day . The cleaner was a lovely lady that showed concern for our son when he was sick and delighted when he was better the next day . Very personable !

There was a teenage club that I thought my 13 year old might use but he was reluctant to go over . It would have been great if there was some encouragement or recruitment into the club but equally I understand why there wasn’t .

Bar staff was rude when asked for ice. Had to ask Restaurant staff 3times for a drink to be delivered. Shower made so much nosies and reception did nothing about it. Cleaner just opened the door in the morning while we were sleeping. We could not play with beach ball in the pool. Lounge was dirty, and also got warning note that we could not reserve it for more than an hour if not returned to the lounge.
