Great selection at breakfast. Pool area was lovely. Location very near the beach.

Roof top bar was closed which was a shame. Hotel was closing for 3 weeks the day we were checking out which we didn’t get notification of in advance.

Great hotel, great location, short walk to beach and short walk to town.

The jacuzzi were great in the rain! Loved that experience. Steam room was a good experience (shame it was only available for one hour). The beds were so comfortable with good pillows. So glad to have had a coffee pod machine.

The use of mobile phones in the jacuzzi and the steam room should be banned. It’s crazy, weird, selfish and antisocial and shouldn’t be allowed.

Great location, poor room facilities and customer service

Extremely convenient location. 2 min walk from the beach and around a 15 min walk to the main square/plaza with restaurants, shops and bars. Pool was really nice as well with 2 jacuzzis and multiple comfy beds as well

Our first room had a horrible musty, mouldy smell. The young black-haired receptionist was very kind and immediately moved us to a new pool-view room (instead of sea-view) and said he’d sort a proper room the next day. We liked the new room and told him we were happy to stay there for the rest of our trip. However, at 1am the next night, we found a note under our door telling us to go to reception. A different receptionist (blonde, rude, around 30) insisted we move back to the original room because ours was “more expensive,” even though it was only about €5 more per night. He also falsely claimed we were occupying two rooms at once. When we asked to wait until morning, he made a condescending remark about whether we could “afford” the upgrade. The next day, our room was infested with ants, and staff had to spray insecticide that left a strong chemical smell. Overall, it was a disappointing stay due to poor room conditions and unprofessional service.

Perfect hotel. The restaurant is outstanding. Attention to detail on displaying the food was fabulous. And tasted as good as it looked. So much choice too. Staff same as previous visit and all very nice. Hotel is spotlessly clean. Nice decor too. Also not a high rise !

Perfection in the sun

The pool area is just lovely with 3 hot tubs and a deep.pool with lots of relaxing areas to rest. The beds and pillows are just perfect and comfortable and the food and wine is beautiful

Very comfortable and convenient

I was originally in room 415 and when it became apparent there was an issue the staff were really helpful and moved me immediately. The rooms were clean and spacious and comfortable. Great shower. Lovely breakfast and choice to sit in restaurant or pool side. Lovely pool area with clean comfortable loungers. All staff very courteous and kind

Some of the decor in the rooms was a little outdated but this is a very minor thing.

Pros and cons.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Says family friendly but I don't think it's ideal for children. More of a couple place.

We requested a non smoking room which we got. However we woke to to the smell of cigarette smoke in our room in the morning as the room opposite was a smoking room... this was disappointing and a major turn off for me. This smell lingered up the corridor too.

Great stay at a lovely hotel

I liked everything about this lovely hotel. The location, the room was clean and great and the breakfasts were 10 out of 10. The pool area was lovely with a couple of hot tubs to relax in and there was always spare sunbeds. The staff were very hands on and helpful too 😊

Very relaxing with great service.

Lovely boutique hotel with a pool that was warm enough for me to get it! Really nice buffet breakfast which we chose to have poolside Service was excellent from all staff. The reception staff were very efficient and couldn’t do enough for you. Would highly recommend. 5 mins from sea front too but nice and quiet as the hotel isn’t very big.

The room was not large but very adequate facilities. We were on the second floor and it was very well sited. The breakfasts were very good.

The fact that I had emailed them about my dietry requirements and they just couldn't seem to understand until I kicked up a fuss and had to explain it in very simple terms

Nice hotel, friendly staff, delicious food, excellent location from the center and the beach.

We waited a long time for our room to be cleaned, sometimes it didn't come until around 3pm. For such a nice hotel, it would be nice to have a Smart TV with services like Netflix, etc. The closet lacks more storage space for T-shirts, as there are few shelves.

Lovely luxurious stay with warm pools and lovely hot tubs!

Loved the pools and hot tub - we stayed here for the final night of our holiday so that we could enjoy the heated pool and it didn’t disappoint. Room was nice, compact but everything in there that you would need.

Nothing - perhaps having some family rooms would be good as if we returned with our 2 children we would need to book separate rooms.

The dinner buffet was amazingly delicious. Nice small hotel, relaxing and calm environment. Commonly a child free environment, so it's pretty peaceful for vacation. Beach is nearby.

It was nice, a bit expensive for what it is. A few improvements would make it a lot better

The beds were comfortable and large, plenty of storage. There was plenty of seating beside the pool. Breakfast was small but good & fresh. Some of the reception staff were nice. It was close to the town centre but not in the centre of it, it was easy to get to the beach and plenty of access to beach clubs & restaurants.

The water pressure was terrible and the water was often cold. There was sometimes a sour smell coming up through the drain pipes from the shower/handbasin. There didn't seem to be anyone tidying around the pool during the day, it got very messy with rubbish blowing around and drinks glasses left out all day. We opted for a sea view room but there was barely a view of the sea & that side of the hotel was in the shade for most of the day. The room cleaners seemed to be under a lot of pressure & sometimes our room was made up later in the evening (which was fine but sometimes annoying when you wanted fresh towels).

I think my stay was summed up in my comments.

The staff were brilliant. Spotlessly clean. Breakast fantastic with so much choice and always freshly topped up. Bed very comfortable and shower was wonderful. Terrace was great 2 chairs table and 2 very comfortable and sturdy sunbeds. Only 1st floor pool view rooms had larger terrace so maybe we paid extra for that. Sky bar looked great on the video but doesn't open until I think this weekend. We left today 14rh May. Location for us was great just a very short stroll to the beach although you the pool was great and a warm 29 deg with the jacuzzi 37 deg.
