Great location, clean, excellent value for money

Great location, you get to see lots of the town plus the beach. Lots of places to eat, drink, and shop. Can walk along the beach for miles. Train is very accessible to Malaga and the airport. Would stay here again.

It was very busy school trips but didn’t bother us too much. Wish the sauna was open additional hours but only open for a short bit in the evening.

Pity about the noise

Staff in bars and restaurants were very pleasant, the ladies cleaning the rooms again were very pleasant, hotel was clean, a good atmosphere and prices were great.

Problem with teenagers on school trip, late at night, running the corridors, shouting, screaming, banging doors, response from reception indifferent to say the least, which I was surprised with, however it didn't spoil the overall experience. Lifts very slow, I image in high season this would be an issue That said we would return.

Bad customer service.

The sauna and the location

In the booking it clearly said it was for two people. When we arrived, the receptionist told us we had to pay an extra fee of €25 for the second person as in their system it showed i made a reservation for one person (even thought it clearly said on the booking, the room had the option for two small beds). It didnt make any sense to me at all. Please look into that. Our room was on the second floor, was very outdated, smelled funny sometimes and in the morning can hear people talking outside. Not worth €70 at all.

Very central to town centre and train station

Surprised there was no info in rooms advising of emergency procedures . The only way to find the phone number for reception was by checking under the handset. It’s a large hotel with many floors and an emergency evacuation plan should be in all rooms

Nice hotel, in a good location - this is the second time I've stayed there.

The rooms are a bit dated (wardrobes etc..), also the lifts are very slow and unreliable (expecially in peak times).

I wouldn't recommend

The bed was comfortable

The room was very small for a family of 3, 2 adults and a 17 yr old and was not set up for 3 people we had to wait for staff to bring bedding for the 3rd bed and towels for 3rd person when we arrived, the lifts in hotel are terrible we had to do 6 flights of stairs, the main pool was closed and we were not informed this when booking as i was bringing my son to enjoy the pool , rooftop pool was very shallow and dirty so we didnt go in, the bar beside outdoor area closed at 8pm although it said 10pm and the queue at inside bar was terrible as not enough staff, the restaurant was terrible lots of Spanish kids from a school trip arguing no adults telling them to be quiet so we could enjoy our meal, no plates at dinner time had to go ask, the food selection was very poor which is a shame as this was 2nd time at this hotel and food was great 1st time , I wouldn't bother with food at this hotel, no vending machines with bottled water working in the hotel all out of order, we upgraded to all inclusive when we arrived and it was a total waste of money , the only good thing about this hotel is the location , this hotel is not cheap and we expected better

Excellent Hotel

Everything about this Hotel, especially the location. Always plenty of sunbeds and room to sit by the bar. Only do bed and breakfast because there are so many restaurants just outside the back door. Lovely clean rooms and great sea views, will be returning next year definitely.

Ok, but not really for me.

It’s a big hotel that does all inclusive, so you get stag & hen do’s & a lot of worse for wear people around the pool, so not very relaxing. I’m sure plenty enjoy this hotel, but it’s not for me.

Great location, disappointing rooms as its meant to be 4 stars...

The location was good, 10 mins from airport which was handy, its not right on the beach as stated, you need to get a lift down to the ground level and you need to pay to use the lift, other alternative is use the stairs which is fine if you aren't elderly or problems with walking as its a good walk down

The room was very dated, no kettle in the room, no bottled water, we had to pay 4 euros per day for the safety deposit box, which is quite expensive, most places would charge 2 euros per day. If you aren't all inclusive then we couldn't eat in the hotel, which meant we had to go out for lunch. Curtain pole in our room completely fell off the ceiling

All of the staff wanted to help. We had a great room with a big balcony and a beautiful view of the ocean. The breakfast was amazing. It had a great variation of Healthy food, but of course also cakes. The cleaning staff was very good at there jobs and made sure our room was cleaned each day. Also the pool outside had sunlight all day.

The elevator was a bit slow. Sometimes it was a lot faster to walk up six floors, than to wait for the elevator. Also the hotel was further away from the beach than some of the other hotels. But this is a choice between having a great view or live very close to the beach. I think we used 10 minutes walking to the beach.

It is a decent, well-kept hotel at a perfect location near both the town center and the beach, with specious rooms, nice staff, good food, interesting entertainment options in the evening. I enjoyed views from the balcony. It was my first time at the place but I will be coming back there foe sure.

A relaxing stay with everything on hand.

I like It’s central position … a short walk to shops, bars, restaurants and the train station. The public areas are comfortable. The beds are comfortable too. Breakfast is good and plentiful. As a solo traveller I feel very comfortable staying there.

Lovely Hotel. Very central and still close to the beach. The variety of food was poor.

Brillant Location right in the centre and close to shops restaurents train station. Amazing view of sea. Bedrooms with sea view were fantastic. The beds were very comfortable and spacious balcony. (flat pillows you need to request extra pillows). Very clean hotel . The roof pool was a suprise. The main pool was closed in January so it was nice to see a small heated indoor pool on the roof.

Food was not great. We booked half board and breakfast plus dinner had a poor selection of food. Almost the same thing every night. The lifts are very slow and when we were staying (in late January 2024) one of the lifts was out of service. We paid half board and knew we were not entilted to snacks or soft drinks/ coffee on display in the bar. However we were going to pay for a coffee at the bar but the bar waiter was cross and told us that if we wanted coffee we would have to wait in the lounge and order it from there ,we could not take coffee from the bar bouffet as it was for full board. There is no kettle or tea/coffee facility in the rooms.
