Good place, but very very dirty

Location and service

Cleanness is as basic as it gets, we found hair all over the place, especially bathroom, where we found other guests floss. The dishes were greasy and very very unclean. Too bad for a place with great potential

Brilliant, comfortable and clean …. Fabulous place!

Our second stay here, great location and within walking distance of everything you need with cafes, restaurants, shops all nearby! The reception staff are brilliant, very friendly and always on hand, Mike and Pili deserve a mention (!), the housekeeping staff are fabulous with the hotel and rooms exceptionally clean. The swimming pool although small is a great bonus too! We are returning to this hotel twice again next year!

Absolutely amazing!

The staff was incredibly!! Every detail here was special, I came for 2 nights and I will stay for 6 more. They has a quiet pool area, also offer some cava and wine for the guests in the reception. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The apt is really nice and clean, a lot of space and nice decoration. Train station is about 5 min from here, Mercadona also really close and in less then 5min you are in the city center, 15 min waking to the beach. I will definitely come back and recommend.

Would not stay again after having money stolen from the room

The younger guy on reception was very friendly and helpful unfortunately this was not the case with the older gentleman or the lady. Location and cleanliness were great.

smell of sewerage in the bathroom & £120 was stolen from the room, no safe in the rooms either, most reception staff could not be bothered and when i went to reception to complain about the theft from the room, he pointed to a sign that said the hotel held no responsibility for missing items from room, making me think it has happened before, i asked them to call the police and they told me to do it!

Perfection.

This hotel is exceptionally good. The reception team are delightful, friendly and helpful. My room exceeded expectations being well equipped, large, clean, comfortable, well maintained and quiet. The location of the hotel is ideal, a very short walk from the centre of town, in an area which feels safe even late at night. There is an enclosed & relaxed outdoor area with a small swimming pool which is open during the day and is well maintained. The reception/lounge is beautiful and has comfortable seating, a delightful aroma, a hot drinks machine and a vending machine containing cold drinks, alcohol & snacks. I would not hesitate in recommending this establishment and I'm already looking into staying again.

Thought it was a good location and very handy.

I didn’t like that it was very noisy , we were awoken around 3am each night with people coming home after night outs. I also would suggest a full length mirror (just preference) and also as self catering a kettle would have been a nice touch. Again just personal preference

Our room had a really bad smell like sewage. We had late checkout at 12pm but the receptionist was banging on our door at 11am. Alarm was going off for hours during the day.

Relaxing, revitalising, amazing

Couldn’t fault one thing about this property, Nazareth was a pleasure to deal with from the start before we even arrived, it was an unbelievable hotel bang in the centre of town and fantastic facilities will definitely be returning here, pure luxury.

Poor maintenance and dangerous health and safety risks led to a poor experience overall.

Good location, had a modern vibe.

There were a number of issues with the property, such as being stuck in a lift, and shouted for help and when we called the front desk to help us escape, there was not much urgency, and they did not brace the lift door when we escaped which was a health and safety hazard. Also, a chair broke immediately after sitting on it and wasn’t replaced, hairdryer was broken but was replaced. There was a hole in the ceiling above the toilet that had been poorly fixed, and leaked throughout our stay, which caused our room to smell of the toilet from upstairs.

Helpful courteous professional staff. Sun by pool from 11 till 6. Sun on room balcony at the front from 8 till 11. Im not a fan of Torremolinos but the location was authentic Spanish close to the small historic centre with great tapas bars. Good free Parking at the Picasso cultural centre 10 mins walk away

Excellent value

The location is excellent. 1 minute to the bus terminal. 3 minutes to the plaza. Ten minutes from the train station in the centre of Torremolinos. I was greeted on arrival by the Fabulous Mike/Miguel. He is excellent at his job. He makes sure every quest feels welcome and special. 5***** The apartment was very clean and brand new. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Shower excellent. On a very quiet road too.

Unfortunately, the soundproofing between the floors is not very good. During my stay of 7 days, I had a family above who seemed to jump everywhere. Also, cases and housekeeping trolleys could be heard. Unlike Miguel, the other members of reception seem to have their face glued to the computer, Why ?? The apartments were not that busy. The apartment would benefit from a small kettle. I was offered one on arrival. But I don't like to cause a fuss. It should have been one of the main pieces of equipment. I used a saucepan.

Ruime kamer, met een ruim bed. Ook de badkamer was ruim. Heel goede locatie.

Heel slechte isolatie. Je hoort alles van in de gang, de kamer naast jou, boven jou, onder jou... Dat is heel onaangenaam. Ook was de hygiëne niet top. Er waren vlekken op de muren in de badkamer en ook op de lakens zaten hardnekkige vlekken.
