The apartment block sits in a genuinely excellent location, just a short walk from the train station, which makes commuting incredibly convenient. If proximity and easy transport links are your top priority, this place delivers.
That said, the building itself is extremely basic. There are no amenities whatsoever, no gym, no communal areas, nothing that adds comfort or convenience beyond the four walls of the room & bed. Everything about the property is stripped back, and the price reflects that lack of facilities.
Overall, it’s suitable if you want something simple and functional in a great spot, but anyone expecting comfort, or amenities will likely be disappointed.
