I’ve stayed here many times before and at last the rooms have had a bit of a makeover. New bathroom and tiles which is a great improvement but just spent a little extra on shower screens would be nice not to have water over the bathroom floor. The beds are way more comfortable than those at Rituals. As always the staff were excellent, friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was good all I would ask is a bit more labelling, I know there was an allergen list on a piece of paper by the wall, but then you look like a total loser be easier if the food was labeled individually. We will definitely be back

Nice place to stay, great staff, ample breakfast. Also, a nice bonus was access to a spa and bigger pools at their sister hotel down the road!

Reception staff are very strict that check in should happen at 3pm even though rooms were ready! mosquito bite at night. It's designed to attract LGBTQ members but there was nothing happening as such. Overall was much better when it was the Adriano hotel in the past.

First off, the location is fantastic, which is only 5 mins walking distance from the train station. Second, the room was the spacious with some great taste of interior designing and playful theme lighting for hotel guests, especially for gay guests. Third, the breakfast was bravo, and the server was very attentive, friendly , and approachable. Last but not least, the front desk staffs were fabulous. Shout out to Gorka, who was more like an old friend giving all those tips to make sure the travel experience unforgettable! He was not only pointing out the places to visit for different moods, but also provides all the best hours to visit to ensure positive experience!
