Overall a good stay

Room was nice and spacious, lovely balcony with perpendicular sea view, big shower, breakfast was wonderful, very tasty and a variety of choices for everyone.

The indoor pool was heated enough, but overall facilities are not well maintained. Some tiles were broken, changing room is extremely small, only a couple of lockers.

The breakfast doesn’t cater for vegans. It was unhealthy with fried food, cakes etc. A healthy section such as breakfast chia pudding with fruit, or porridge options would be welcome. Thank you

Fabulous stay would definately stay again

Hotel is located in a great position on the promenade easy access. It has a wow factor when you walk in the front doors, huge spacious reception, lots of large general seating areas, quiet games area (card games that kinda thing), tv for football matches. Rooms - imacculately clean, spacious, large balcony Breakfast - very large busy breakfast dining room. Buffet style counters - lots of choice. Hot food, pastries/cakes, fruits.

Check In - was quite lengthy - 20 mins by the time our information was manually keyed into their computer system - could this not be quicker? Scan of passports instead?

Wonderful vacation stay

Great breakfast. Helpful staff. Great location. Staff arranged a day trip for us which left at 5:00 AM. Rather than missing breakfast, they arranged an earlier breakfast for us.

Nothing. We were there in October which is quieter than summer months. We were hesitant on booking based upon some reviews that mentioned crowding. We did not experience any of these issues.

The restaurant was grossly UNDERSTAFFED. The servers were expected to serve drinks, take payment and clear and clean tables. They were grossly OVERWORKED. Very sad to see that Melia prefers PROFIT over the health of its employees.

Good value for money

+ good variety at breakfast + nice and well maintained vegetation in the garden + all 3-4 pools were nice + all employees were very welcoming and friendly + nice, comfy beds

- we stayed in room 1835 (8th floor of Don Pablo): unfortunately there was a regular noise from one (or more) of the elevators (when these stopped at one of the floors). Probably this annoying noise can be heard in several rooms. For Don Pablo Management - if you could do something to get rid of this noise it would be great - especially at breakfast times the elevators are very busy; there are 4 elevators in total at Don Pablo, but one of them is not "connected" to the others; I think it could be an idea to link this elevator as well, so that when you press the elevator call button the nearest of the 4 will stop at your floort

I will never visit in this hotel anymore !

- Breakfast was good - Staff was very helpful and friendly - Room area was quite comfortable - Balkony was really good - Evening shows - Staff was cleaning the room on each day without even requesting them

- They were charging for every minor thing, something I have never experienced in any other hotels. - If you want to change the pool towels, you have to pay 1 EUR per towel each time (shame on you!). - No vanity kit in the room (shame on you!). - If you want to have a kettle in the room, you have to pay extra 16 EUR (shame on you!). - I had already paid a tremendous amount money for dinner, but for a bottle of water I had to pay separately (shame on you!). - There wasn’t a lock on the bathroom door; each time we were inside, we had to remind our toddler: “Do not open the door!” - The sheets were not very clean; we noticed some red stains even after they had been washed. - I always had to keep ChatGPT in my pocket, because the staff wasn’t familiar even with very basic English words besides the receptionists , which were familiar with only basic English and it was very hard to understand them. - No basic shoe cleaning kit in the room !

That you get one towel as part of your entire stay. If you change the towel you are charged. For an expensive hotel that is miserable. I found the breakfast to be only mediocre. Nothing special. All quite bland.

Nothing ! No charm compare to few years before ! Very expensive for what it is ! It looks like cheap mass travel trip !! Do not go there price is too expensive for what it is !! 300 euros per night !!

Personal not very nice ! No service at all ! Except the girls that are cleaning the rooms that do a good job . At the counter all the girls refer to a guy and everyone is agressive with no service !!! Too much noises ! No places at the pool so we need to pay for the beach transat !

Breakfast was amazing, lots of hot and cold food options. Fresh omelettes prepared for you was my choice every morning :-)

Good location. Several swimming pools and an eclectic variety of guests. Good entertainment for kids and adults. The buffet breakfasts and dinners were excellent. This was our second time here and we will be back.

Don Pablo is a very nice hotel in a wonderful setting very near the beach. We found the evening entertainment too simple

Wonderful location, very spacious. Food choices very good. Staff hard working and helpful.

Rooms and bathrooms starting to look a bit tired. We had virtually no English tv for 10 days out of 14 due to an antennae problem locally. My husband is very elderly and unwell so this was important to us. The hotel said it was ringing the company responsible daily for up dates but we were not offered any reduction on the bill for the lack of tv.

The swimming areas where very nice to relax and close to beach and town.

We booked a family room which unfortunately meant a double sofa bed to share for our two teenagers. Should have spotted that when booking! the hotel receptionist was very helpful but the only option would have meant paying more which we couldn’t afford to do.

Lovely hotel within 10 minutes of town

Lovely hotel with secure perimeter. Excellent breakfast with extensive hot and cold buffet selection. Good sized comfortable rooms. Location was a short 10 minute walk to the centre of town.

It is exactly what you would expect for a 4 star Spanish resort , The buffet restaurant was clean and varied , although on the second evening there was a lot less choice than the first night. One of our rooms was ready early so we were able to check-in slightly earlier than expected,
