Myself and my partner comes here twice a year . We stay at your hotel every time . The hotel is very nice and the staff are very helpful .
I love the breakfast very much . But this time around I thought the breakfast cereals not much choice a lot of musclie . And sweet cereals. But could not fault anything else's.

- Staff was cleaning the room on each day without even requesting them
- They were charging for every minor thing, something I have never experienced in any other hotels.
- If you want to change the pool towels, you have to pay 1 EUR per towel each time (shame on you!).
- No vanity kit in the room (shame on you!).
- If you want to have a kettle in the room, you have to pay extra 16 EUR (shame on you!).
- I had already paid a tremendous amount money for dinner, but for a bottle of water I had to pay separately (shame on you!).
- There wasn’t a lock on the bathroom door; each time we were inside, we had to remind our toddler: “Do not open the door!”
- The sheets were not very clean; we noticed some red stains even after they had been washed.
- I always had to keep ChatGPT in my pocket, because the staff wasn’t familiar even with very basic English words besides the receptionists , which were familiar with only basic English and it was very hard to understand them.
- No basic shoe cleaning kit in the room !
