Stayed here many times and it's a great hotel providing you can get it for a reasonable price

We stay at this hotel every year when visiting Torremolinos, and it continues to impress us each time. The location is perfect, the hotel team are always welcoming and friendly, and the restaurant staff are absolutely fantastic. The food offering was slightly different during this visit, but in a very positive way, and the mid-week changes to the dinner service really enhanced the overall experience. The WiFi has also noticeably improved, which was great to see. Our room was spotless and well maintained, and the pool area remains a real highlight of the hotel. What truly makes this hotel stand out is the inclusive and welcoming atmosphere throughout. As an LGBTQ+ friendly hotel, it creates a space where everyone can feel comfortable, relaxed, and completely themselves, which is something we always value and appreciate when staying here. You can genuinely see the positive improvements being made under the new management company, and it’s great to watch the hotel continue to evolve in such a positive direction.

I have stayed at this property several times in the past alway found the hotel comfortable.

What is missing is a small bar in the reception offering hot and cold drinks.

Great location , amazing view and friendly staff. Pool party on Sunday’s is amazing.

The room was not consistently clean and I even encountered cockroaches during my stay. The gym facilities are in very poor condition, with much of the equipment out of order. The rooms themselves are showing significant signs of wear and tear, and the curtains are full of holes and clearly need replacing. In addition, keys for the lockers are almost never available. This seems like a simple issue to solve by having additional keys made. Overall, the property is significantly overpriced for the level of quality, maintenance, and service provided.
