Nice hotel great location but can be noisy especially at front of hotel . Also you can hear people in the next rooms. I would probably stay hear again . Breakfast was nice and staff are lovely.

Great modern hotel in a great location near shops on San Miguel Plaza, many bars and restaurants. Enjoyed tea/coffee facilities in room, free use of room safe, air conditioning was faulty but maintenance. installed a new one within 1 hour. We had a pool view so had sun all morning on balcony. Room only so didn't eat in the hotel redtaurant as plenty of places to c eat nearby. Rooftop bar was very nice and open until 1am.

I’ve stayed here a couple of times but it’s gone downhill since ***managed it. Rooms need a refresh and the walls are paper thin that you can hear straight through to the next room. The beds are comfortable and the cleaning staff are amazing I cannot fault that. But for customer service, the front desk need training. The electricity was out for 1 night which they left a note that was planned and it’s somewhat out of there control. But I am not paying to have to use a torch to find my way to the bathroom and a beeping noise at the end of the hallway all night that couldn’t be resolved. And when I went to reception twice all I was met with was that was a one off and it won’t happen again. I’m paying to stay in a hotel to sleep and have electricity. They said there was nothing they could do. Had to escalate through Agoda to ask for a partial refund which the hotel did not respond and Agoda supported. Will not be staying here again.
