Practical to stay for a day

The location is very good. The pool is also nice although we didn’t use it it is winter. The place looks very pretty on the outside.

There is a constant constant noise from the shared bathroom which makes it difficult to sleep. All the doors squeaked very loudly when opened which made it difficult for everyone when using the bathroom at night. We asked to have them greased but nothing happened. There were also three lovely dogs on the property, one needing vet urgently due to overgrown nails- a sad view really.

Comfortable apartment in superb location

Close to the beach, stores and more . The rooms felt comfortable especially liked having lounge , kitchen, and terrace. ideal for a long stay of 2 or 3 people

Convenient base for Torremolinos

15 minutes walk from La Colina train stop. Safe, suburban area of villas. Cafes and restaurants within 4 minutes walk. I didn’t use the small pool in the garden but it would be a bonus in good weather.

Rooms are close together so some noise is inevitable. Lumpy mattress on bed, needs replacing. Bed linen was sparse for the time of year (although more was available in cupboards it meant having to get up in middle of night to put it on). Central heating did not appear to work. Wifi code given did not work, either. Overall, more attention to details needed from the management to maximise the potential of this place.

Quiet and peaceful location. Easy to find, easy to check in. Perfect for a quiet and restful night. The town is a fair walk away but that was just fine for us. Also well situated for the airport.

Disappointing, not quite how represented on booking.com .

Location and easy to park out of season

Poor communication from owners, had a problem with A/c and they never turned up, no messages. Seems to be a family home with rooms. Very noisy late at night and early morning.

The path from the villa to the ruins)

Everything is terribly old and worn out. The wall in the shower leaks water into the bedroom, right onto the electrical sockets – which is extremely dangerous! The shower itself is leaking, leaving puddles of water. There was no hot water in the morning. Most importantly, the air conditioner doesn't work, and it's already unbearably hot in the room in the morning.

Overall I had a really pleasant experience and would absolutely revisit

The property was a 10 minute walk away from the beautiful beach, a supermarket was also a 10 minute walk away. The room was very clean and accommodated with a fridge and a tv. The pool was clean, as well as the bathroom. Wifi had some problems but the hosts made sure to inform the guests about that. The city center was a 20 minute walk but there were busses and trains too.

Nice apartment

A well equipped apartment with a lot of storage space, terrace, and a large bathroom. Close to beach and stores, restaurants. Only problem was that the proclaimed jacuzzi was unavailable- when I asked the “hotline” if I can use it, they didn’t even answer.

Clean perfectly but change the bed in room 2

Location was great, close to the airport but there are not buses. The house is clean and the swimming pool was nice.

I didn’t like the bed. Was not comfy at all and some pillows were not clean. My expectations were higher due to all the reviews but I slept really bad. On the description they stated that the rooms were “noise free” but I heard noises until 5 am (table moving, chairs, people talking). Additionally, when we arrived the dog started barking loudly and I jumped. So be ready!

Disappointing

Location was great and easy to get to and from the A7. The air-conditioning in the room was a big plus.

Sadly, the communal noise was too much and decided to leave the accommodation in the early hours of the morning. There was a lot of noise, banging and music around midnight, which woke me up and couldn't get back to sleep for dogs barking and others coming back to their rooms. Lack of facilities overall made is disappointing. I wasn't on holiday, so maybe others would have tolerated the circumstances. TV in the room but didn't work.

Avoid it, no respect for customers!

If you want to get free sex shows this is the place you are looking for. I don’t know if it was the owner or they were guests but at 3 am a couple decided they must have sex in the pool area, to get the other clients up and ensure they are seen. I got here at 2 after my flight was delayed, went to bed and at 3 was woken up by sounds from the pool. This took some time, jacuzzi, pool, jacuzzi again, and finally sun bed. Their customers use this area, probably children too. Disgusting.

I can’t say anything good after my experience with them. Probably the proximity to the airport is a plus. Breakfast was bad as well, boiled eggs which tasted odd.

Very good

Location was very nice for close walks to beach and restaurants. A calm area for being 5 min from the beach. Easy parking. We were there for 1 night for an early flight from airport. Convenient location. Good for a night or two. Clean. Friendly host and communication.

Could hear everything from the hallway. Room AC was a bit of a problem for 30°+ temperatures in summer. It wasn't working so well, took a very long time to cool off at all.

Nice balcony facing the morning sun. A quiet place next to the park area.

The apartment has enough storage space and wardrobes. Good mattress, good pillow. The balcony is really good. The morning sun shines on it, and it is protected from the eyes of others. There is a terrace for nudists on the roof of the house. The area is quiet, but within walking distance of the center and the beach. Very kind owners and other staff as well. The breakfast was good, and every time there were fresh eggs from the house's own small henhouse.

They only have staff there in the morning. If you need help at other times, you're on your own. You can send WhatsApp messages to their remote service, but they often can't help or don't respond at all. There wasn't new trash bags available. The bathroom is spacious, but the shower corner is very cramped. Also, there's a soap rack attached in a stupid place and the average person will hurt their shoulder on it. The staff had a small dog with them, and it barked all morning. In the breakfast room it started defending its territory and growling if you accidentally got too close to its sleeping place. It was disgusting.

The area was nice and quiet and there was plenty of safe parking, but maybe it was the time of the year. Breakfast was good. The host responded to my questions before I arrived quickly too, which was good.
