The hotel is well located; however, the facilities are incredibly basic. There were no proper toiletries provided—just bottles of 2-in-1 liquid soap meant for everything (hand wash, body wash, shampoo, etc.). Plus, the room lacked essential amenities like a welcome bottle of water, tissues, a mini fridge, kettle, etc.
To make things worse, the bed covers had a very strong chemical smell of laundry detergent, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. The cleaning ladies kindly offered to wash the covers with just water to help, but unfortunately, the strong smell didn't go away.
While the staff were friendly, they were ultimately very rigid. They only offered a 30-minute grace period and completely refused a late check-out of even a single extra hour, which felt very unaccommodating. Management should really adjust the cleaning schedule to better accommodate a few late check-out requests from time to time.
Overall, very disappointed with my experience there.

If you are looking for a budget hotel that is clean with a comfortable bed and good sized bathroom that is in an excellent location for train station, beach and shops restaurants and supermarkets this is a good option.
I missed there was no fridge in the information which is always good to chill the water. No kettle in room.Train noise heard from the room and could hear other people talking in nearby rooms so soundproofing is poor.

The apartment block sits in a genuinely excellent location, just a short walk from the train station, which makes commuting incredibly convenient. If proximity and easy transport links are your top priority, this place delivers.
That said, the building itself is extremely basic. There are no amenities whatsoever, no gym, no communal areas, nothing that adds comfort or convenience beyond the four walls of the room & bed. Everything about the property is stripped back, and the price reflects that lack of facilities.
Overall, it’s suitable if you want something simple and functional in a great spot, but anyone expecting comfort, or amenities will likely be disappointed.
