good hotel with helpful staff

Helpful staff and good basic services and amenities. The pool area was nice and also a had a nice room with a view.

The room's shower had a broken shower head and the door didn't fully close. Also, I chose this hotel because of the airport shuttle that was listed -- but when I checked in, the front desk person said they don't have a shuttle. She resolved it by informing me that taxis are nearby and can call them anytime - good thing since I needed a 4am taxi to Malaga airport. But I had to pay for that taxi ride that I wasn't expecting, about 25 euros.

Lack of staff in bar areas. Had to ring a bell and wait ,until someone arrivded. Some guest very loud in rooms and corridors. Not the hotel's fault, however annoying, loud music, constant knocking each others bedroom doors. Lack of maturuty and consuderation. 10 floor.

Great place, great location!

Room was nice, bigger than we booked due to the sea view rooms all being taken. We did get upgraded to the junior suite but unfortunately it was the city view. Was very short walk to local areas, train was close by too for airport! Short 15 minute walk to the water park.

Nice hotel but premium room is not worth the cost

The staff were very nice and the buffet was good.

The room was small. It cost more than 1000 chf more than other rooms. If premium is only because of view and a nespresso machine then it is not worth it. Last year I paid less for a suite and was more happy

Convenient overnight stay for airport.

Comfortable hotel, convenient overnight stop before morning flight next day. 5 minute walk to station with direct train, about 12 minutes duration, to Malaga airport. Not a fan of big resorts so cannot comment further.

Very poor hotel would never stay again

Staff were pretty good . And reception area was ok .

The hotel is tired. The room we had was old and the view was terrible . The wardrobe was poor and only one sliding mirror door when obviously there should be two and the inside was Bradley damaged on the rear wall. No pictures on the walls no Tracy curtains from all the windows facing the room. The shower leaked the toilet roll holder was broken and on the floor the room and bathroom was really small. The corridors smelt really stale . Would never stay there again too old and poor location . The pictures online do tell I lie in my views the reality is something much less.

Breaffast was good with a varied choice. Half board option was ok but have had better.

Room had holes in flooring, aircon didnt work properly, mould in the bathroom. Asked to change our room but were told we had already been upgraded to "Pool view". Room was on 3rd floor and it seemed that because we went through Booking.com any other rooms were an extra charge, At Breakfast we liked to sit outside but often we had to clear our own table. In the evening we had to chase someone to get a glass of wine, also the food wasn't labelled which made things a bit more awkward.

Great location and comfort

Great location, very central with only a short walking distance from the Train station and many shops and restaurants around. It is even not far from the beaches, but it does require some walking (which we enjoyed). The beds were extremely good, very comfortable mattress and 2 good pillows to choose from. The bed blanket had an ideal weight and thickness. The air conditioning worked well, it maintained a comfortable room temperature. The black-out curtain did a good job covering the sunlight from the windows. The cleaning service was really excellent, every day our room was deeply cleaned with great detail, even under the beds I could see it was clean, well done! Breakfast was plentiful with enough options for all tastes, I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruits and vegetables and tomato paste for spanish "Tostada". The staff was always friendly and well presented, and they surprised me on my birthday with a sweet delivered to our room, this was a really cute gesture.

Little details: the silicone around the shower cabin needs repair, it allows water to drip outside the cabin when using the Top shower, making the floor quickly wet. At night, I felt too much light leaking from the hotel corridor, through the sides of the Door of the room... the door frame maybe needs some isolation around it. The fan in the air conditioner maybe needs tuning, it sounded like a washing machine on higher speeds.

We booked a Junior Suite that had an extra large double bed,more room and a very new bathroom, well worth the extra money. I’m sure you’ll struggle to find a better Hotel bedroom in the centre of Torremillnos.

Breakfast was poor. Cold plates, cheap sausages and watered down breakfast juice. Not in keeping with the rest of the Hotel.

-Friendly staff at the reception -Nice hotel with a wonderful rooftop restaurant -Swimming pool with comfortable sunbeds -Very close to the train station, which connects Torremolinos with Malaga and the airport

-Extremely small and non-functional bathroom -The dirty towel was not replaced but was placed among the clean towels😒 -Bad hygiene in the breakfast restaurant 1) On the terrace there was a lot of hair, probably cat hair, on the chairs that flew on the table and plates 2) There were lipstick marks on the "clean" glasses -Varied but low-quality breakfast; foods were not fresh (some types of bread and pastries) -The beach is far from the hotel and you have to walk up the hill and stairs from the beach to the hotel
