Events can only be played when they are booked as on that day with the team even the ping pong table.

Enjoyed the week. The weather was brilliant.

Food was excellent. Entertainment excellent. Location good.

Pool area. V claustrophobic. People on top of each other. Hate to see it in high season. No English channels on TV. Asked many times at reception. Technical staff came fiddled around with TV. Said they would be back!! Nothing. Friends experienced the same re TV. Our mistake, no balcony.

Clean spacious rooms with large bathroom. Good location within walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants. A small supermarket directly opposite the main entrance. Good choice of buffet food.

Location was good not far from beach . Also a good distance from bars and restaurants

The food was very poor standard, very disappointed. Very poor quality and often served cold . We actually had to eat out for most meals as food was that bad . This added alot of expense to our holiday! Not enough sun loungers around pool.the hotel is a large and no way is the pool area large enough to accommodate this . . the chairs infront of stage should be stacked up throughout the day and sun loungers in there place this would be so much better. The lifts were a joke !! Very small, often broken and again the waiting times because of limited space was too long . Hotel grounds in need a refurb as very run down. Advertised Pictures of the hotel are not accurate and need removed as the massage tables and double bed loungers are no longer here neither is the childrens playing area . This hotel is definitely not a 4 star 3 at a push . Very disappointed to say the least Not worth the money we paid

Would not stay here again

Room was a decent size, cleaners and waiting staff very nice and friendly.

I stayed 5 nights didn't manage to get a sun bed the whole stay, cockroach and small black flies in the bathroom, also the water gurgled and the bathroom smelt of sewer. The reception staff were very unhelpful except for the slim lady with long dark hair who was great! No toiletries as advertised apart from shampoo. very disappointed for the price.

Location excellent staff very friendly and helpful entertainment for young families very good and entertainment team so friendly and very hard workers they all seem to enjoy there work and work well together bar staff so nice can't fault the hotel restaurant very clean and great selection of food but somtime it could be a little warmer but all the chefs cooked fresh food on hotplates very clean rooms .

security man like german gestapo. when i was there last year toaster had heating element blown, was still the same this year, Wait ten minutes on toast. Cant get tea or coffee in restaurant lunch or dinner time. Bed very hard. Have to pay to use wifi. Have to pay to use safe in room. And are not aloud to take a guest to your room. Entertainment poor at night.
