we had a great time, was clean, quiet, and we felt safe in the neighbourhood.

Room was perfect for me and my 4 year old son. Staff were very friendly-we spent one afternoon at pool and the other 2 days at the beach. Beach was only 5 min walk.

No solutions, no friendly service a big dissapointment.

The description from the standard room was not what we expected, we booked a room with bathtub and coffeemachine to relax but there was none. When we went to ask at the reception, the receptionist she called the manager and talked with her boss on the phone my partner heard her manager say disrespectful things about are complaint on the phone in Arabic( my partner speaks arabic so he heard everything) There was no understanding, no empathy, no solutions and they basicly said, if you dont like it you can leave. Happily we got our money back from booking.com. But as a recently engaged couple this was a big disappointment and not the treatment we were expecting.

The location for one was just perfect.less then 5 minutes walk to the beach and promenade strip .. supermarket next door to the hotel and restaurants also .. was very central location .property was lovely and clean ,small boutique hotel which suited us even more,it had a small gym for us to use and a pool ,roof terrace and seating areas out the front .very nice hotel and staff where so lovely and helpful and friendly

Bed was really comfortable!

The pool does not look like the pictures, its ruin down and in a carpark... feel abit catfished! I paid extra for the balcony, which wasn't really worth it. Its in the shade on the main street.

We only stayed one night as we were flying home the next day so we didn't have breakfast. The staff had booked us a taxi for the next morning for around 5 am we got up early and the staff organised the taxi to lift us early good job. Hotel well placed for the beach and the shops/pubs would recommend.

Friendly staff and early check-in – a few downsides but overall a good stay

We stayed in Room 009. I was traveling with my child, and after an early morning flight with no sleep, we were really thankful to be allowed to check in before the official time — that was a big help. Throughout our stay, the staff were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They even arranged an airport transfer for us at 4 AM, which we appreciated a lot. Housekeeping came daily, and the room was kept clean.

There were a few issues with the room. It was located next to shared toilets — there was no unpleasant smell, but it didn’t feel very cozy. The sound insulation was quite poor; we could hear noise from the reception and the street. The bathroom had visible limescale and the sink drain needed better cleaning. Also, the bathroom door was difficult to use — it slid like a closet door and once fully closed, we couldn’t open it again easily, so we had to leave it partially open. Breakfast was okay, but quite limited — not much variety and no fresh vegetables.

Nice, clean room, good breakfast, lovely rainshower! Beach nearby.

The beds were not so nice. Really hard and too short and small for us. And during the night the airconditioning was smelling like cigarette-smoke. That was really nasty!

Very nice hotel but there is a few issues you need to be aware of. But we would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is a little gem! Do your self a favor and book the room with your own private terrace with spa- it’s amazing! The bathroom was very nice. The staff was very friendly- especially the cleaning lady ❤️

The bed are very hard. The air conditioning is very old, so it takes a long time to cool the room. And since you only get one room card, the room gets very heated fast, and it take a long time for the aircon to cool the room - and sometimes you could smell smoke trough the AirCon!

Really hot in communal areas - no air con. The air con in the rooms was poor - seemed to only be 1 level of cool - couldn’t get it any cooler. I’m aware this is a sustainable hotel but guests need to feel comfortable. We did our bit by not having sheets, towels etc changed. Discrepancy in room sizes - our friends had a king size bed and large shower but a small overlooked balcony. We had a large terrace but a small bed and shower. I feel as the booking was for 2 couples and was made a long time ago we should have been given identical rooms to avoid disappointment.

Exceeded expectations on value for money, clean, stylish and great location. Would return.

Extremely clean and well equipped room, lovely bathroom and everything was spotless. Plenty towels and toilet paper, safe and the beds were clean and comfortable.

Our room was in the basement with a very high window that opened onto ground level so didn’t feel safe to open. It felt quite dark and claustrophobic.

clean tidy perfect location

clean tidy, greet location everything you need on the door step. literally minutes from the beach. great staff 24hr check in/out

I was on the ground floor which felt weird for people coming by but it wasn’t a problem nobody was looking in and plenty of privacy curtains. fridge stuff a little on the pricey side. balcony is practically pointless but ok for a quick smoke.
