Decent breakfast but not what we expected overall

Nice bar area, location and comfy bed.

The walls in the rooms must’ve been made of paper (at least on the lower level rooms). You could literally hear the full conversations of people in the adjacent rooms, not good!! The Spa facilities were not good, my wife and daughters got a refund after paying for it but no heat in the sauna and spa. Overall, not what we expected with such a high rating on Booking.com

Shocking start of the vacation.

Close to the center. spacious room and bathroom, generous breakfast, comfortable bed.

Money was stolen from my room. I left my wallet in my open suitcase in the room. Stupid mistake, but felt safe. I was away for some hours and only discovered the next morning that about 270 Euros has been taken from my wallet. It was completely empty of money, but credit cards etc. were still there.

I arrived 1pm couldn’t book in till 4 so I asked can they look after my case - lovely lady on reception said of course and my room will be ready at 2 - so nice to let me book in early not hanging around 👍Breakfast had good selection - eggs cooked fresh

OK option for central Torremolinos but has seen better days

Good bathroom and comfortable King size bed.

The decor is tired and outdated, doors scuffed, carpets worn etc…A lot of space in the room went unused due to poor design. Balcony area, with a few sofa cushions on the floor, and view of fire escape, was unappealing. No secondary light in bathroom.

AC did not work and they over compensated the deoderiser in the room . They changed my room because of the AC . When changed the AC worked but nothing like it should and the room wasn’t over deoderiser. Makes me think what smells they were hiding or masking

Great hotel for location but not a 4 star.

The location is great and the staff are super friendly and helpful. It is very clean and the variety of breakfast options is great. Amazing shower and always came back to a fresh clean room. The swimming pool is refreshing and the pool bar is a nice touch.

The room was disappointing. I requested a double but got two singles and for a couple it’s not ideal. Our room was placed directly outside a lift and staircase so we were disturbed every morning very early by cleaning staff and guests. There was also little storage for clothes and the room was very small for a four star when other rooms were available as the hotel wasn’t full. The balcony was narrow as it was at an angle so hard to manoeuvre. There was no spa information either which was disappointing. The pool area I liked but people had towels down in shaded areas while not there so it meant either choosing to be in the sun or paying for a bed. The beds took up a lot of space in a very small area for such a big hotel it would be better just to provide extra loungers and parasols instead as the beds went unused.

Spanish Law has removed proprietary rights to choose their preferred guests.

The hotel has been our favourite for 7 years, honestly, it is the staff that make the experience. They are like a family working together to create an amazing experience. It’s like going home.

Sadly the Spanish government has tied the hands of the industry and has forced them to allow children to stay. That being said my sister and I have 5 children between us and we love children, just not on our respite holiday. There was a small girl there but she was an angel, it was the 6 adults that accompanied her (Eastern European) who caused the issue. From their arrival their behaviour was aggressive, lewd , loud and threatening. They managed to clear the pool on their first day with many complaints from patrons. When asked politely to keep it down , the three males threatened women, myself included. The managements response was second to none. We were all refunded for our Bali beds, Cava on ice and cakes were sent to all our rooms and there was a physical presence of both management and security. The most upsetting part was we knew how upset the staff were because they work so hard to create a tranquil atmosphere for their guests. Taking all into account and most importantly the response of staff I would still consider returning because the hotel and staff have always done their best to deliver a slice of heaven.

Great relaxing hotel in the centre of Torremolinos

-I had a deluxe room with balcony but unfortunately my balcony was just at the first floor in the shadow and facing a wall so not sure about charging extra for that -Mostly old crowd and not very diverse or young clientele

Unfortunately when I got up in the night there were several cockroaches in the bathroom. I did tell the maid and ask her to spray something , but they appeared again on the second night.

surprisingly quaint and comfy

Great spot and would definitely come again, it's extremely good value for money with excellent service. The staff bent backwards to help. The location is absolutely lovely, set back slightly from the beach you have a 30s walk to the promenade and beach and the reception floor exits to the main town area with lots of lovely spots for breakfast, shops and bars. The decor is slightly dated but I really liked it, it's a bit of a blast from the past and everything is very functional and surprisingly all in very good condition. The clientele are around 50+ and it's very quiet when we went.

I did have a surprise with the initial room I got, it was a tiny bed in a tiny room paid 20% more for a VERY nice room upgrade.

Hotel was a nice hotel, in very good location for main street and beach level. So you have lots of restaurants and shops nearby, the bedrooms were of a good size and very clean, with a good size bathroom. The hot breakfast was very nice. pool area was nice also.

cereals and juices were disgusting. Also very annoyingly, the hotel tv has only 1 english speaking channel which is surprising that alot of guests using the hotel speak English. Pool is not heated during the summer months, this was very disappointing, as I booked this hotel based on the information supplied on bookings.com that the pool is heated. it was so cold no one got into it which is a waste, also the roof top sunbathing area is fab but the jacuzzi up there was freezing also. very disappointing for a nice hotel.
